AJ’s Jazzy Grill is a Black owned restaurant located on the infamous Claiborne st. They recently received a positive review from popular food critic Kieth Lee. Despite his review they were not experiencing the Kieth Lee effect when I visited. I ordered the Hawaiian Salmon plate which is served with mashed potatoes with cheese and green onions on it and broccoli. The salmon was cooked and seasoned to perfection! You must visit AJ’s when in NOLA. Everything on the menu is full of flavor, even the cheeseburger! The crawfish dressing and pasta seafood had us wanting to go back a 2nd time to eat before we left. HIGHLY RECOMMEND.
