One of the most beautiful buildings in the area. Better be with all that Amazon money. Seriously beautiful building

Poor customer service. Staff made me reload my one bag of groceries into a small cart ( when they had none available) in order to do self checkout. Lost my place in line and took twice as long (was my lunch break). It’s aggravating enough to check out your produce. Saving them money. Should be more considerate.

I go to shop here and it is a great place to shop. Thursday I was there to work. And the amount of courtesy that was shown by the employees was great. The improvements that this company is putting into their store is impressive. Here are some pictures of the work that we did

I used the Amazon Prime perks to shop and I saved $$ on premium products. "I'll be back".

Did a transaction with my debit card, was given a receipt for transferring 💰 money back in bank 🏦 account...but customer service couldn't answer how many hours would it take 24,48,or 72 hours... customer service really couldn't answer that simple question also speaking to a live person

Clean and organized good customer service pricy but we all know that

Great choices, central location. Always well stocked. On the other hand…

Try to go in the evenings if possible. For some reason, this location is always stocking during peak traffic time, which makes an already hectic store even more frustrating to shop at.

The Broad street location seems to be slower and just as well stocked. I don’t understand why they don’t overnight stock or stock in the late evenings.

Excellent grocery but the parking is sucky.

They do not ever tell their new employees not to park in the spaces in the first block nearest the parking lot. Why not just tell them to park in your own parking lot? I know, money right? You customers would all be pissed if they have to walk blocks to get there. But it's okay for the directly closest neighbors to have to walk blocks to get to their own houses.

Same with picking up your garbage and bringing back your baskets which are left out in the middle of the street and against the curb. Ever heard of sustainable ethics. The ethics of sustainability? All it would take is a minute to explain the parking system which is written into city code, and have someone walk around the building and collect carts and pick up garbage that lines the streets.

All it would take is one minute for you. But we have an unending battle that has gone on for twenty years. And every time you fire an employee and get a new one they again park that closest spot to your own parking garage, because your management trainers are just too weak to ever mention parking to your new hires.

All that because of one weak general manager named ______ ______. I can't remember her name. West or something - should be called a 'can't manage-er.'
