A person wearing a burgundy hat was training someone around the salad bar. The young lady being trained said "I'm sorry" to me as she thought she was standing in my way. This burgundy hat person turned to her and in a hatful voice said "what did you say? WE are never sorry". I went to the ft customer service desk to complain and that girl was just about as bad. Friend or no friend if you are a manager you need to address someone ASAP that is training someone out in the public like this. because this attitude is accepted by a person stating she's the "front" store manager then maybe someone from their corp should come down and retrain the "ft" manager

The food at Whole Foods always looks better than it tastes. It's easy and not bad, just blah. If you are in a hurry, I say go with the sushi.

It's been over a decade since I last updated my WF review. And the entire chain has been purchased by new owners... Some things are the same. The quality of the produce is still great. As is the cheese selection and the bulk aisle. The staff is always helpful and really nice. I feel like the items in the hot bar have gone a bit downhill (all locations). The parking lot can be a bit insane, especially with the small spaces and giant vehicle issue. Also people don't pay attention to the posted signage. OTH I saw an honest to goodness Delorean in the parking lot AND saw the driver open the gull wing doors, so that's the best thing ever.

Much too expensive for non organic foods-snobby uptown feel to the store-I hate going in there unless I really need something-parking lot is hazardous& the air in the lot makes u sick. Best espresso for cheap other than my own. Be sure to not dawdle in line-everybody is in a hurry to go where???

I use to love going to this whole foods but I just don't know what happened to this place. Over the last few months of going there, my experience has been terrible. There is never staff to assist and the cashiers have private ( well not so private) conversations while packing your bags. They pack so terrible that I end up re-packing in my car. Who puts heavy items on top of fragile items? They also never ask me for amazon prime barcode. I always have to mention it. When I do mention it they say " scan it" and the scanner never works. What bugs me more is that they seem to be re-packing / stocking shelves during the busiest / peak times causing " traffic" jams in the aisles. It's so annoying! They should do this when the shop is emptier. I really do hope things improve.
Although expensive, Whole foods have a fantastic selection of foods to eat and they are always fresh. Love this place.

I like this Whole Foods for several reasons. First - because of the location. I'm a die hard Magazine St. fan and the old bus barn has that NOLA charm. Second - because there's a covered parking lot in the back of the building. Come on - off street parking on Magazine?!? Big win. Third - beautiful produce. My biggest issue with this location is that it just feels so cramped to me. I'm glad that there's as much inventory as is possible in the space, but it makes it a little tough to navigate the aisles when it's crowded. All in all, lovely store and decent customer service.

Very convenient and healthy eating ! It cost a little bit more to eat healthy but it can be done through this store.

I've been coming to this Whole Foods for as long as it's been open but never wrote a review. The produce section is always immaculate, and the salad and hot food bar are well maintained and varied. Yes, it's expensive but it's better now with the Amazon Prime discounts. The pizza looks better than it tastes. The cheese selection is outstanding and varied and is the reason for my review. The lady with the blond braids is so knowledgeable and was so helpful in advising me on a triple cream. I didn't catch her name, but she's awesome, and I'm enjoying my delicious cheeses right now!

Always nice and accommodating.I have been a big fan of Allegro Coffee Co. for a long time. This store is always on point. They are always nice and helpful. The Dark Roast French Coffee is my go to. You can get it whole beans or ground it. Free parking in the back of the store.
Closes at 7. Utterly ridiculous.
