Neat view at a great hotel. The frozen machine wasn’t on and the draft beer lines weren’t clean or turned on. Assuming by the bartenders attitude it was because she didn’t want to have to clean them at the end of her shift. Place would be a lot better than with her at the helm. Lady was rude both times we approached the bar. Not crowded either

We spent our last afternoon in New Orleans here. What a treat! It was quiet and relaxing. The cocktails were good and the chicken wings were awesome. So glad we ended up finding this spot on our way out of town.

ThIs rooftop pool/bar is a great place to chill and the bartender Felicia was delightful, always smiling and she also makes very good cocktails. The chairs and the day bed are in the middle of plants and trees, it really feels like vacation.

I go with my girlfriend for have real ex and food there but the attitude of the personal of the rooftop was disappointing, he don’t give us the menu, don’t care about us, and refuse to come and take the order.
I do not recoment this place- get away from here. don’t come - don’t waste your time!

Hours said they were open and the website didn't say otherwise but on a Thursday night during Jazz Fest, it was only the pool with no bar or food service. Lovely atmosphere but frustrating to be sent to a roof top bar that turned out just to be a rooftop

The pool bar is absolutely top-notch — the breeze is perfect, the POPL is warm, and the staff? Unmatched. Seriously, the drinks are next level. Massive shoutout to the all-star crew: Kevin, Camron, Lyrik, Aeliceo, Nikkie, Britney, Christina, and Mikaila. If you’re lucky enough to get any of them, you’re in for a treat. POOL side strong!

DO NOT BOOK WITH THIS HOTEL! We booked them MAY 2024 for Superbowl 49 weekend February 8-10 2025 and just found just today Jan 11th that they CANCELLED OUR RESERVATION almost 3 weeks before the Superbowl saying they are not accommodating reservations that were made through Priceline or any 3rd party for that matter. THEY DID THIS SO THEY COULD MAKE MORE MONEY AND LEAVE THOSE OF US WHO MADE RESERVATIONS EARLY HANGING. Now I can't find a hotel room and neither can Priceline ( although they are trying) under $2k-3k for the weekend. THIS HOTEL RUINED MY EVENT, OUR ANNIVERSARY and didn't even apologize or try to make it right. THEY ARE GREEDY SO IF YOU are going to NOLA for an event, DO NOT BOOK WITH THEM because they will cancel once they realize they can make more money closer to the events. I WILL BE PUTTING THEM ON NOTICE on social media platforms as I am an influencer and find their business to be shady and selfish. Thanks for ruining our weekend and our anniversary 😞😡

Not allowed to eat food up there and I was told to move when I sat on the circular sunbed because I wasn't with another person. Not entirely sure of the logic used by staff as the rooftop was near empty but I won't be returning.

Paid for pool pass. Arrived at 10am, no staff or any towels so couldn't use the pool. Just lots of trade workers fixing things up. Major rip off.
