I’ve eaten Napoli pizza 4 times. I think they have the best burrito in Mid-City, but if they don’t improve their logistics , this was probably my last one. I can’t give them more than 3 stars due to their inefficient kitchen . 3/4 times I’ve arrived at least 20 minutes after placing my order and still had to wait 10+ minutes for it to be ready. And it’s not like they’re slammed. Actually, the one time I didn’t have to wait over 10 minutes was the only time I’ve seen more than one table occupied. If you’re ordering to go, you have to plan ahead and give them 45 minutes to make a freaking burrito

Omg this pizza is so good! I was shopping at Whole Foods across the street and saw the pizza sign and stopped in on a whim. So glad I did! I ordered the 12” supreme pizza. It was covered in delicious fresh veggies and several meats including pepperoni, Italian sausage and chunks of ham. It even had spinach on it. It was so so good. We have traveled to Italy, and my husband said this was the BEST pizza he has ever had! Do yourself a favor and support this family-owned small business and get some pizza!

We visited this restaurant on July 26, 2024. The owner was very welcoming, polite and encouraging. The food was DELICIOUS!! Great cheese and sauce, great crust. We split a Hawaiian and Pepperoni wit jalapenos. And we had the Honey Hot wings(Not too hot but spicy! Delicious everything!! We shall return to dine their!

We walked to this place the area does not really look safe. But no issues. The pizza was amazing. the guy taking the order was very helpful and our pizza was incredibly tasty. Would def go back to this place
I was DESPERATE… ? BUT DISCOVEREDOVERPRICED Frozen Food. Cooked to order. Cook and cashier appear to be undocumented immigrants. The cashier was very rude and unprofessional. The cook had clusters of cold sores on her lip, which I didn’t notice until another customer pointed it out. I was totally shocked to see her not wearing at least a face covering. I was at this point not interested in a bottle of water from the business. I gently asked for a refund and was told that the computer would not allow it to be refunded. A manager was requested and I was told that he was too busy. I will now have to deal with my bank to request a full refund. PLEASE , take your money and appetite to another business. I wouldn’t give this FAKE PIZZA HUT star dust.Not NOLA FOOD, FACES or FRIENDLY.

Terrible. Don’t waste your time. Horrible customer service and nasty, expensive food. Had a problem with a charge, asked to be refunded and were told that the computer could not issue a refund. Cashier clearly has a language and comprehension issue.
