A delightful and popular institution among NOLA bakery gelaterias. Outstanding traditional Italian pastries; tortes, cannolis, eclairs and cake slices. Good assortment of gelato flavors. Also quite a variety of imported packaged Italian delicacies displayed for gifting and take home. There are a handful of small tables in front and more sit down tables just above/beyond the main floor. Parking is tight in front, but there's a variety of options nearby.
Fantastically authentic! Delicious gelato with cookies & cakes you can pair with or eat alone. Coffees, affogato. So many authentic Italian treats. Can’t wait to try this spot again!
I really can't say enough good things about this place. I started going here roughly 6 years ago when I started grad school at the University of New orleans. It's my absolute favorite bakery. Everything they have is delicious. I literally have never had anything bad at this bakery. The gelato is incredible. The sweets are great. The Spumoni is incredible. The people are incredibly friendly. I've come in so many times by now that they know me. Absolutely wonderful...
