I can’t comment on the food because everytime we placed our order they came back and said they were out of what we ordered. They were out of bacon and chicken, where is Manager? That is horrible.

This breakfast/brunch spot was recommended to us by an Uber driver. Food was barely ok. Service a tad bit better than barely ok, we got one coffee refill during the hour and 20 minutes it took to get our food and eat part of it. Most of us didn't finish our meals. Atmosphere is really nice, clean and welcoming. Our waitress was pleasant and friendly, just not attentive or available. Glad we tried it.

I’m so sorry the wait was fine after we sat at the bar first off they said it was over n hour wait so push forward we ordered our food no later than 11:45 am lunch time it was packed I give them that but we received our drinks right away just for having understanding for the business we patiently waited after 30 mins then I’m at the clock like it’s been 45 mins what’s going on the waitress sat by us and said it’s coming I’m like baby no pancake or egg bread nothing ready cause I’m starving she said nothing was ready we left at 12:30 12:45 empty handed still no food after repeatedly hearing the cook say I gotta just put the pork chops down like 3-4 times but I’m sorry we will not be back can’t give a review bout the food because we never got any
First time back and I was disappointed i sat there a whole hour and didn't receive my food one cook was in the back cleaning up and they cook walking around like she was lost received the drinks before food and it had got watered down I'm thinking real hard to come back I miss the old building I wouldn't have waited that long to eat

The food is pretty good if you can ever get your order placed. Either they haven't been doing this restaurant thing for very long or they just don't care about customer service or satisfaction. The phone is always busy and when you do manage to get through, most of the time you can't place an order for pick up because when it's busy, they stop taking orders over the phone. I did. Manage to place an order monday for a hamburger in some fries. I put the order in around 11:30 and when I arrived at 12 to pick it up on my lunch break.I had to wait another ten minutes. Then the fries were soggy and limp. The burger was pretty good so not all bad but overall disappointing.

This was my 1st time at Anita's..I know I know, even when they were on Tulane I never been..I went Saturday morning around 8:30a-9a and they did not disappoint! I ordered the Waffle breakfast with bacon, grits & egg whites & she ordered the pork breakfast grilled with cheese grits, scrambled eggs, & toast..of course her eyes was bigger than her stomach and she added a pancake lol..our waitress was Deana if thats how you spell it..she was so sweet fr! The restaurant was clean & it was a sit where you want type of place..now parking is another topic bc aint none lol granted I found a spot but parking is hard..back to the food, it came out hot & fresh! The pork chop was well seasoned too..The waffle was super thick..honestly if you get a waffle you dont need nothing else..thicker than a snicker & good..the sweet tea was on point! Baby got an orange juice but if yall been reading my reviews you know I don't do orange juice but it came in a bottle it wasn't like freshly squeezed or anything..the prices were so reasonable! I'll definitely be back
