The service is excellent and the staff is so friendly!
They have the best fried chicken I’ve ever tasted!
Crispy and seasoned to perfection. The waffles are scrumptious too.
I wish they didn’t close at 2pm, I would dine there after work.
I highly recommend dining there or grabbing take-out. I promise you won’t be disappointed:).

Horrible customer service!! I waited almost 30 minutes to be served....15 of those minutes no one came and acknowledged the people waiting in line, then when someone finally came to the register, they served people out of order.
Great breakfast spot, staff were very friendly and food was delicious. The only issue was the AC was out so it was hot. They had fans all over the restaurant but it’s probably best to take your food to-go until the AC gets fixed.

Waited over 10-15 minutes and no one acknowledged that we were even there. Worst service. What happened to southern hospitality. We finally decided to sit at the bar and no one said hello or asked us if we needed anything. We sat for over 10 minutes. And watched the cooks. After seeing one of them put food in the microwave. We decided to leave. It seems like they didn’t even care. We decided to go to two chicks. Which was great service and food was delicious. Was seated the second we walked in the door. Don’t waste your time going to Anita’s.
Parking: Parking is very tight.

My wife and I came to New Orleans to celebrate our anniversary and we stumbled on Anita's diner. We fell in love and will be back. The people work so well together and make you feel so welcome.

I went to get breakfast. I ordered eggs, bacon & hashbrown potatoes. None of my directions were followed as it relates to how I wanted my food prepared!!! Secondly, they don't accept any type of plastic to pay for your food, " CASH ONLY ". Atmosphere nosy & busy. My food was ok.
