We were seated at the bar and received fantastic service from Nike. We enjoyed all the food and drinks we ordered....we were joking with the chef that we didn't leave one speck of food on our plates!

We arrived early and was told we couldn't get a drink at the bar. The seats were reserved for NYE but no one was seated there yet. Had to beg the bartender to serve us drinks. Made thjngs super awkward. Food and our waitress were amazing.

Service was good. Food was meh. It was a prix fixed menu which was fine except at the end of our meal we saw that someone was given a soft shell crab. We would have loved to have that option.

Food and service was excellent. The NYE prix fixe menu was well done and reasonably priced. The Budino dessert was superb

I visited on Christmas Eve 2025 and made selections from the holiday menu.

Everything I ordered was served tepid and was flavorless. I didn't touch the amuse bouche of a slice of bruschetta because the cheese wasn't even melted.

The next course was sweet potato gnocchi, which did have a nice flavor, but was also served room temperature. Again, the parmesean garnish was not melted because the dish was too cold.

The main course was the crab cake, which was a huge disappointment. It was cold, soggy and flavorless. It was very full of crab and no fillers, but it was one of the most bland things I have ever eaten. I could not finish the dish.

I had so looked forward to this meal, but it was not worth my time or money.

We absolutely loved Sam! He knew the menu, the specials, and made great recommendations! Three of us ordered three different dishes and shared. We loved all three. We highly recommend this hidden gem! Will be back soon!

Great Creole Spot near the WW2 Museum. Almost everything they create is fantastic. I enjoyed the Paneed Oysters, and the Crabmeat Au Gratin for appetizers. For the entree I went with Softshell Crab Monica. I am not sure who Monica is, but this was a great dish for the Ages!! Stop by Annunication for dinner while you are in town, and get ready to make memories!!

The food was delicious! We ate at 2 other well known establishments on our recent visit to NOLA and this food was definitely comparable if not superior. The waiter was kind and attentive. He was attentive to my husband having celiac also.

Bery giid restsursnt but a cut below the best in town. Duck is perhaps best thing in the menu.

For a first visit, it did not disappoint. I loved the creativity of cocktail and dining menu.

Came to this restaurant after a day at the WWII museum and recommendations from locals. It was amazing. Seafood gumbo, boudin balls, pumpkin ravioli, stuffed drum fish. Wonderful flavors and perfect size portions. Has reservations for a high top but decided to sit at the bar. Perfect choice! Nike was our bartender and server. Friendly and helpful with choices. Wish we lived nearer.....such a wonderful experience

We went to Annunciation to celebrate my birthday and it was spectacular! My husband didn't remember ever having been and was totally impressed; I knew what to expect and wasn't at all disappointed. My soft shell crab on top of seafood Monica was divine -- the best soft shell I've had this season! It was so convenient to travel to and from Lakeview, in spite of the Saints game, and the evening was just perfect.
