Just had dinner with my wife at Generals DeGualle location. Tasiana was great. She was very friendly. Took care of us. Food was good tonight.

My experience going so well, until I finished my food and left. About 20 minutes later, I began to feel sick.

the food was great. I has the 6 Oz stake with mashed potatoes and green beans. it was cooked to my liking and perfectly seasoned

Ordered take out. The cashier was professional and knowledgeable. The toast was burnt on the grilled cheese burger. The chips for the artichoke dip were from the bottom of the bag and the waitress was 20 minutes. I will not risk ordering any sandwich involving toast for sure. It's been a while since my last visit- it will most likely be a whole again.

Very pleased. We have eaten here twice and both time were pleasant. The food was good and tasty.

My appetizer came out cold. Had to send back for a remake, bbq boneless wings. By the time the wings were remade my meal was coming out. I ordered salmon, mash potatoes, and Mac and cheese. A well done steak, mash potatoes and Mac and cheese. With a side of green beans. I first noticed my Mac was cold and had sent it back. The general manager Kris/Chris came back with a reheat of Mac and cheese that was already eaten out of instead of having it remade. At that point I noticed my steak was med/med well nd the potatoes were also cold. The only thing WARM on my plate was the green beans and fish. Like I said they were warm, not even hot. At this point I didn’t want any of the food. I was charged for the two sodas I order with my meal, one of which was completely full. This is the last time I will be back to this establishment and this is some place I usually eat at a lot. The whole thing was handled very in professionally

Salmon dish was not good, the dish comes with broccoli which they did not have ( healthy choices out the window)and the option was fries with the baked potato. I asked for crispy well-done fries... and had to send those back. Nice server.

Went there, but it was closed. Only gave one star because it wouldn't let me out the app until I put something in there. I'm sure their restaurant serves delicious food and drinks!

Jamison is the best server ever in the world. He took such good care of me and my girls. Mr. G is also so sweet because he took such good care of us. Also, the best host ever. Thank you so much Girson great management!

I purchased a Burbon Chicken and Shrimp last night. My chicken was undercooked, I contacted the manager Rodney this morning and I was demanded to bring the raw chicken back I disposed of. The manager was very rude and unprofessional, also refusing to give up his first and last name. He also stated I wasn’t right in this situation. If you eat here, your taking a risk. I will be contacting the health department and corporate.

Food was so slow. Refills,forget about it. Took so long to get our food. Been here over an hour...just sitting at our table...everyone getting their meals at different times. Benn was our waiter. He was kind and patient. They had him working most of the floor alone, so he couldn't tend to us properly. I will never come here again. People around us are agitated that they didn't get their food.
