Applebee's Grill + Bar

Hostess/Host seems like they don’t know what they are doing. Never really feel welcome there, not the first time there is horrible customer service. I really wish there was another restaurant in Aligers.

Went there at 9:30pm,restaurant was almost empty,waiter told me that waiting time is 30 minutes.Bar also was empty.

So we are eating dinner and my mom.says i felt something on my foot. it was a huge roach. The only thing the manage said was I cant do anything about but take her food off the bill. she was very rude.

This location has the worst customer service out of all the locations I’ve been to. Me and wife were seated and after we wer never waited on. Didn’t get our drinks or ask about us getting an appetizer We were just sitting there while the waiters and waitresses were standing there laughing and talking.. We waited for a while but decided it was best to find another restaurant… Horrible experience.

I visit the location on tonight and order the bourbon Street chicken and shrimp. As I am almost done with me meal. I'm chewing and I felt something sticking me in my mouth. I spit my food out and found a piece of hard metal . I called over the waitress showed her and told her to call a manager. Once the manager (Amber)came over,I showed her and she took a picture of my food and told me that she will notify her GM. She told me it was a piece of metal from the brush that they use to clean the grill. I'm no dummy,that was not a piece of metal from the grill. She left never came back to check on me or anything. As the workers came out looking to see who was the person that asked for the manager. So,they were having a discussion about it. I asked for her manager and was told he wouldn't be back until Wednesday. Never asked me for my name or number for her manager to get in contact with me.

Ordered through Uber eats , was 30 minutes late for pick up. The dipping sauce was alot thinner then usual and the sandwich was extremely light on toppings.

I'm sitting in the restaurant now.
I took my mother out for margaritas and dinner.
It took a long time to get my drink order in. 20 min for our appetizers.
My food was cold before I got silverware. Or plastic wear. There is no silverware clean,I guess. So they did offer to get me hot wings, 30 minutes ago!!!
I'm ready to leave. I don't care about the wings anymore...
I told the manager I'm not happy with my service. She actually argued with me and walked away.
I'm ready for the bill. There's no server available to get it.
I guess they forgot the wings
