Avoid this overpriced tourist trap at all costs! Classic NOLA and nice atmosphere but the food was terrible and the service was rushed. Shrimp Creole was 12 tiny shrimp around a mound of bland rice topped by what tasted like Ragu spaghetti sauce. Flavorless. Service on a Saturday night was rushed to the extreme. Entrees arrived in 5 minutes. We were out of there in 45 min. NOLA has a lot more to offer than this dinosaur. On the positive side when the maitre de came by...
Felt transported to a different era. Great ambiance. Had my first Sazarac, excellent. Highly recommend stopping ny. Don't forget to checkout the upstairs Mardi Gras collection.
