Our server, Bree, was absolutely amazing! Not only did we get all questions about the menu answers but we got so many great reccomendations on things to do for my first time in New Orleans. The service was great and all the food I had was top notch. There were some times were the dinning area got a little loud but that is how you know people are having a good time right?! One of those must visit places you should try to get to on your trip, even if it is just for the experience.

Recent dinner at the Jazz Bistro. Food was impeccable. service by server Sarah, was inconsistent and inattentive. Struggled to get her attention to place order. She ignored us for table of six. Surly, rude, unhelpful, no personality. spoke with young manager on duty; he listened, but said NOTHING in response to my concerns.(I identified myself as a former food and beverage manager with Hyatt Hotels and considerable restaurant experience.) Don't expect attention...

We absolutely loved our service and meal! The attention to detail didn't go unnoticed! We have had many steaks worldwide and believe the filet was one of the best we have ever had! Highly recommend and worth every penny!
