The service was top-notch. From the time you walked in, until the time you walked out, we were greeted with the most friendliest hostess, Marie. The food was good and we had a wonderful Brunch.
I still think the food needs tweaking. Over the past three visits , the shrimp remoulade was not right, the famous turtle soup had tomatoes in it and I just found out it's made with veal stock. ( I'm pescatarian !), the bib lettuce was spring mix, and the crab su gratin is very runny I won't give up. I want this place to succeed. There have got to be standards. After all , it bears the Brennan's name. The recipes must be consistent (?). You should post on FB. There were only 3 of us last night
Sitting outside makes you feel like you're not in the city anymore. Oak trees, water features, and the golf course are the perfect setting for a calm afternoon of cocktails and light bites.
With the combination of excellent food and a beautiful view you will have to go a long way to top this dining experience. Our server, Rachael, was extremely attentive and charming. We were on a tight timeline and she got us in and out in plenty of time, next visit we will be sure to linger and more fully enjoy the experience, that will be sooner than later.
We sat outside. Surprisingly, the mosquitoes were not a problem. We had the swordfish appetizer topped with trout caviar. Very interesting in a good way. I wasn't exposed to this growing up on Conti Street, lol! My wife had the Monday special and chose the fried deviled eggs (delicious), turtle soup, salad paired with house red wine. I had the blackened red fish, the best I've had so far. Besides the atmosphere, you can't dine like this in NOLA for the price. This will be one of my stops when visiting again. Our compliments to recently hired Sydney from NY.
Very relaxing atmosphere and prompt service. Excellent lunch choices for adults & children. Just the right noise level of chatting different groups. As always, the view is spectacular
Had the crab cake Benedict, one of ingredients was a little overpowering to me, some may like that, but overall it was delicious. Shrimp and fried green tomato remoulade was very tasty. The server Co was very professional and knowledgeable and the Hostess was very friendly and accommodating. The restaurant was clean and comfortable.
Great facility and setting. Main dining can be noisy when full. Food was good but took longer I assume due to full house. Service was very good. Would come back in the future probably request seating in bar area.
Great place for happy hour with friends! Nice atmosphere for conversation and catching up. Our server was attentive, and we didn't feel rushed. Looking forward to returning and sitting on the porch when the weather is cooler.
This was our first visit to the Country Club, in celebration of our 23rd anniversary. We read many complimentary reviews & decided to try it out. We started with cocktails (both very yummy!), as well as the fried deviled eggs & the crabmeat au gratin. The deviled eggs were tasty; the au gratin was generous with the crabmeat, but could have used a bit more cheese, in our opinion - but it was quite tasty, as well. I had the shrimp & grits as my entree & hubs had the pork chop. The grits were super smooth & creamy, with a very yummy tomato-based sauce - but sadly, only 5 shrimp in the dish (I joked about possibly adding the "gulfshrimp" noted as add ons - now I kinda wish I had). The pork chop was perfectly cooked & was juicy & delicious. Our waiter was a lovely & attentive young man (whose name escapes me currently) who, upon learning of our anniversary, brought us a complimentary slice of sweet potato doberge cake to celebrate. It was amazingly decadent! Will definitely get that again! Overall, it was a lovely experience, even with the slight cuisine disappointments, & we definitely plan to return in the future to hopefully dine on the very scenic patio when temps are a bit less surface-of-the-sun. ;-)

We had such a great dinner at Audubon Clubhouse during Magazine Street Restaurant Week! The atmosphere was charming and peaceful. The restaurant week menu offered was delicious, and we enjoyed our ceviche and duck. We happened to go on a Wednesday, which made it even better thanks to their $7 martini special! The service was warm and attentive, and the whole evening felt relaxed and special. Highly recommend for a midweek date night or a quiet dinner with friends. We'll definitely be back!
1st time since new management. We were very pleased. Annabelle (our server) was most attentive, which is not easy as my wife is totally blind and somewhat deaf. We thoughly enjoyed our meal and time beforehand in the bar.
Male Waiter didn't come by often. Ambiance, food was great. I would love if they added special pancakes to the menu. AC drips from ceiling. Watch that sometimes it drips on tables and floors. In NO that's normal.
What a great day to sit outside for brunch with mimosas and delicious food! Taylor, our waiter, was very personable, knowledgeable, and attentive. Couldn't ask for better ambiance among the beautiful oak trees!
The food is amazing- every bite is an explosion of flavors. The atmosphere is one of a kind… you are dining amongst hundreds of majestic oaks trees. It’s a memory maker place, and a neighborhood favorite! The Clubhouse is a hidden New Orleans treasure !
