The tasting menu, which is sometimes a chef's special 7-10 course meal, was orchestrated by Jordan and supported by the rest of the staff. Guests are eager to return for the fois gras, escargot, and duck main. For fans of tuna, the Bluefin Tuna Crudo is a must-try, described as refreshing and phenomenal. The GNOCCHI "BLACK AND BLUE" was also amazing. The Sweet Corn Blueberry dessert is noted as one of the best desserts in the world, with a plea from guests to keep it on the menu. Although there are two dining rooms, one bright and beautiful with high ceilings and windows, and another small and cramped, the overall experience remains phenomenal and unforgettable.
