Extremely polished restaurant on all elements - from initial seating, greetings with staff and servers; complimentary "tastes" from the kitchen; and then commencing the ordering. Wine list extensive and with all regions of world with normal pricing. With a one page menu , it allows the kitchen to focus on its dishes and they id. We had a wonderful night out at Restaurant August. We did the Chef's Menu and every course was excellent and well prepared. The paired wines were well done and we enjoyed chatting with the sommelier as he brought around the wines. The environment is very nice and well maintained. Table and chairs were very comfortable. Service was impeccable. Overall, this was the best restaurant we experienced during our 5 nights in NOLA and would go back again.
One of the best restaurant experiences we have ever had . Outstanding service from the second you enter the restaurant. They make you feel like family. Best food and presentation in New Orleans! A must dine when visiting the big easy !
