Very salty and bland food!
Was at the hospital & ordered this based off the nurse’s recommendation. The shrimp lo Mein was ok, but they barely gave you enough noodles to justify the price. The tilapia in the Ca Kho To was incredibly salty even with the white rice to try to cut it out.
I spent like $74.16, paid a $2 zone fee to pick it up downstairs (didn’t want to lose my parking spot) and I even tipped. All of which I regret but oh well.. lesson learned

Skip this one. When you walk into a restaurant and it’s empty, walk out. The plastic cup that contained my Sprite was dirty. The General Tso chicken was so hard I had to cut it with a nice. I chewed several pieces and spit them out. The fried rice had very little flavor. Yuk.

I don't care for their sauced proteins, but the friend chicken wings and seafood fried rice is so delicious —just like NY. And they have the most amazing thia tea, I keep coming back.

I wish I could give them a -5 I tip the driver over 20 percent this was first time ordering take out and my last want to charge high prices for slop! How dare you!!! Then catch an attitude and take forever to bring me my replacement I will never order from you guys again or support no business if you guys! Horrible customer service and deliver drivers as well management! Don’t eat at this place!!! It’s not worth it! My son kids meal plate look like pure slop!!! I can just take the plate and throw it right in they face!

I have a seafood allergy. My girlfriend called to place our order and specifically asked if anything in our order had seafood due to seafood allergies. They stated the order contained no seafood. Order was delivered and after eating most of the egg roll, I see a shrimp inside it. Seafood.
My girlfriend called the store in my place while I went to get Benadryl. When she explained that the individual who took our order claimed there was no seafood, they suggested they could delivery spring rolls our way. Too bad I was having an unexpected allergic reaction due to them not letting us know/remove the egg roll from the order, but hey :')
My girlfriend told the staff that wasn't acceptable- she was transferred to someone else who made the exact same suggestion (we'll deliver some spring rolls y'all way.) She asked if we could get a refund- they wanted us to give the order back to them. I threw my order in the trash before going get Benadryl. Sadly, the delivery driver came back without us knowing or asking him to. He tried to give back his tip (thankfully, my girlfriend told him to keep as it was not his fault at all) but asked if the order would be refunded. He stated they were adamant about not giving us a refund without the meal being returned. My girlfriend asked if he could relay to the restaurant "you can have the order, but it will be the entire trash bag." She apologized to the driver being caught in the middle of this at all- he agreed the initial server messed up by not mentioning the shrimp in the egg roll after we specifically asked about seafood allergies.
I wouldn't have even been upset if they couldn't have offered a refund. It was the completely asinine "oh ok, we'll bring spring rolls" after the damage was already done. No apologies, no accountability. This wasn't just a messed up order- this straight up could have killed someone. Thankfully, I'm not severely allergic to seafood and also noticed the shrimp while eating- saved me a surprise ER visit, I guess.

Ordered take out and the meal came with some extra protein… called to get a refund and were denied the refund unless we drove back to the restaurant with the entire food order. The manager gave the weakest apology I’ve ever heard. No shame. Won’t be returning. Oh by the way, another customer was in there returning their meal as well. Terrible policies.
