The staff were not friendly. When that happens it makes the establishments atmosphere unenjoyable.

I arrived for a pick up order. I took my bike and was a little hot, I showed them I worked for DoorDash, and asked them for a cup of water and then I got out of the way so the next person could order. As I waited, I was not told in a commutative manner, that I had to buy a bottle water even if I’m about to deliver food from their store, which unbeknownst to them, was doing so on bike, but obviously in need of water. Once handed the order, I asked again for a cup of water, and was told I had to buy a bottle of water. I picked up my second delivery across from them at the sushi joint rock n roll sushi and asked for a cup of water, the guy on shift GAVE me A BOTTLE water. Good person. I had to buy a new front rim for my bike to continue to deliver because someone stole mine. I consider that my payment for a cup of water.

The pretzel bits are worth buying. And tasty I give it a 5star review

Don't go here if you like customer service. I asked for a regular sized pretzel nugget cup. They gave me a small and when they handed it to me I asked if it was a regular and they said it was a small and the transaction already went through. The cashier was rude and didn't offer any solutions even though she gave the wrong size. So if you are fine with the staff selling you what they want to sell you with a rude demeanor this is your place.

The lady the morning 8/20 was very rude and didn’t open up on time due to the fact she had to open herself. was by herself. If y’all going have to worst customer service people. Might as well shut the place down.

I walked up to the cashier and she was bent over on her cell phone. I said hello and asked her about a pretzel. She rolled her eyes at me and just pointed over at the display case. I decided not to purchase anything. If I cannot get the bare minimum of customer service it’s definitely not worth it. On a Thursday afternoon at 1:43 PM

I'm just not crazy about this food product. I love pretzels and eat them all the time. The pretzels here are just too big and doughy.

Associate was indifferent and not very customer friendly. She took a little while to get my order. The associate was cleaning up the machine that dispenses drinks, and the other one was busy prepping the food. Finally, the associate that was unenthusiastic about her work took my order. The cinnamon pretzel bites were extremely good and soft very tasty. We thoroughly enjoyed them. Would have earned 5 stars but not well received by associate.

Go here if you like getting dirty looks and terrible customer service. Tried to be polite with the folks here but some people just don't have personable skills! Cold cheese sauce... I guess they don't warm it up!
