10/ 10.. we highly recommend! My family of 12 came in and they had no problem seating us and giving us the best experience ever! Rocky provided the BEST customer service that we have received throughout our entire time in NOLA. She gave great recommendations on the food which was all GREAT.. kudos to the chef also! The bartender was also not slipping as she woke up the family with the drinks and vibes! Let’s just say if you’re in the area B Spot is definitely a must to be added to the itinerary… oh and Rocky also had her list of recommendations ready for things to do! The experience was amazing!!! Thanks B Spot for showing us the true NOLA vibe!! 🥰

As a New Orleanian, I can recommend BSpot with full faith and confidence that anyway who visits will not only enjoy the food but will 100% love the vibe. The bartenders and staff were family by the end of brunch. My group had shrimp and grits, oxtail and grits, gumbo, and seafood dip. Of course, we had mimosa flights and shots too. EVERYTHING was delicious! Literally 10/10.

My wife had the red fish & grits, it was ridiculously fresh and flavorful. I had the Krabby Bee, it was delicious as well! Eat here! You'll love it!

Bspot was not the place for me & my family. While the ambiance was very nice, the food & service wasn’t the best. I got the fried fish and grits which looked so good, I couldn’t believe it wasn't. It wasn’t the worst I’ve tasted but it could’ve used some more flavor. The fried fish was seasoned, but when it came down to the grits and shrimp crème sauce, there was no flavor at all. So after I finished the fish, that was it. The whole plate of grits and crème sauce went to waste. They could’ve kept that lil flower lol. We ordered sprite, which was so watered down like it was just sitting in a pitcher with ice & they just pour from there. The server was very dry & would rather talk to the other employees. Being from out of town, we wanted to try this place because they have good reviews. Maybe we’re just used to better food and service because this wasn’t it. I really did enjoy the music but that’s about it.
B spot was such a disappointment! The restaurant had a very nice ambiance but I'm all about the food and customer service. The waitress told us before ordering "make sure you read the menu because we don't make changes or accept food back if you don't like it" which should have been a red flag! We ordered chicken and waffles and fish and grits. the waitress told me if I didn't want a chicken thigh I could get 3 chicken wings. For the price and to ensure I get full I opted for the 3 wings. I wish she would have said chicken drumettes because there is a difference. Drummettes are sections of a chicken wing. Anyways the chicken was flavorful , but the waffles were spongy and tasteless. The syrup was cheap and didn't help enhance the lackluster waffle. The fish and grits were just ok. The fish was seasoned but the grits and sauce didn't have much flavor. In order for it to be palatable I had to have a piece of fish with every scoop of grits which means a plate full of grits went to waste. The portion size of both meals was not enough for the price. The waitress, Erin, was dry and never came to check on us. The sprite was flat and watered down. Our drinks were never refilled. Once she gave us the bill she never came back to us; she chit chatting with co-workers. We had to actually go over to her in order to pay and get out of there. I guess she could care less about taking care of the customer because they automatically include 20% gratuity for all orders. I believe in tipping my waiter and waitress based on service. I understand gratuity being added to large parties but individuals -NO!

Found this restaurant searching through TikTok and it definitely did not lie!! From the atmosphere to the service to the food it was definitely 10/10 HIGHLY recommended! Live music and everyone was singing along. Food came out quickly and it was hot fresh! Seasoned to perfection!! Drinks were very delicious and presentation was amusing!! The aesthetic revolving bees ? is breathtaking and the menu correlates with the theme as well. Very neat! You guys deserve and need to be in a bigger location. All and all yall run on over to this place don't walk!! Me and my crew will be back! ❤️

After waiting the hour we were told about, our group of 11 waited an additional 30 minutes outside and another 10 minutes inside, only to be split in half and seated 2 tables away from one another. The whole purpose for waiting was to enjoy one another’s company. When a table came up and we could be seated next to each other—we had not yet ordered—we were told no. One of the servers(short girl, red hair) was very rude. She was holding my brother’s chair as he waited to be seated, while she talked to one of her tables. Then she pushed passed him without saying excuse me or sorry for delaying his sitting. We’re pretty patient ppl but dang. It’s like popular businesses forget that the patronage of the public is what makes them so popular. A couple of TikTok posts and dry ice drinks will only take you so far and can break you just as quickly. Rahkal was our server and the best thing about the entire experience. Another server wanted to pass us on the way out and instead of saying, “Excuse me,” repeated, On your back! On your back!” C’mon ppl! Servers know what that means, but not all customers have waited tables. Use universal language with consumers. The food was fine, but overshadowed by the poor experience. B-Spot for us was a pretty girl with a nasty attitude. All of her flaws stand out! We couldn’t get past the poor service to enjoy the experience. We would have spent significantly more $ and written an entirely different review had our visit been a positive one. This one was ruined by rudeness and workers who forget what service is. Bee better, or your business will not last

We had a party of 11 and were told there was a 30 min wait. We waited over an hour outside of the building, we were told to come inside and wait another 30 min. We were then informed our party had to be split up due to lack of space.
We weren’t seated close at all. Soon after being seated, another large party left. We requested to be seated together and were denied for no reason at all.
There was one waitress with red/burgundy hair that was very rude. She was leaning on one of our chairs preventing him from sitting down. When she finally moved, she pushed past him without saying anything.
Another waitress told us to “get back” while taking food to another customer instead of excuse me.
The music is too loud. We were unable to hear anything our server was saying about the specials.
