Wanted to split my smoothie with my grandsons and they wanted to charge an additional $3.50 ridiculous charge for 1 cup. Guest service nonexistent. Don’t waste your time or money

Tried to order a smoothie. First try, they were out of ingredients. Okay, no problem. Second try, cashier told me, “that flavor is nasty.” Bought nothing instead.

I would really discourage someone from coming here if they wanted a smoothie with anything fresh or not sweetened. I got the strawberry banana smoothie dairy free and it was ice, half of a green banana, and a few berries that were swimming in syrup for $10. It was so disgusting. I asked if I could have a refund, and they do not do refunds but they did remake the smoothie for me. They told me the green smoothie would be the freshest which is true. It’s spinach, banana, and some type of milk. It was still not good but please beware of this before coming. Even the juice is premade and bottled. If you like fruit in syrup and sweet froyo type desserts, this might be better. However, if you want real fruit, this is not the place to be. I guess I am in a mall, so im not sure what I was expecting. Worst $10 ive ever spent.

Smoothies are just crushed ice with a small amount of juice/blended fruit. Might as well order a snow cone. Absolutely insane for nearly $10

Their Chicken spinach avocado sandwich comes without spinach and avocado. Not sure why they call it that. anyway, it sucked.

Are they trained to make smoothies? My smoothie taste like water. No flavor.

My smoothie tasted like just water and ice, no flavor at all. A huge waste of money.

Terrible customer service and rude staff!! It’s supposed to be natural. They used strawberries in syrup for a smoothie. Also for a natural juice I saw one had hot water to the juicer machine. This place is not worth your money.

For a place they states to have food made from ingredients that are fresh and healthy, they sure do use a lot of syrup. Not only is that not my idea of health the food there was definitely not fresh. There were flies flying around and also landing on food that they had just lying around uncovered. You would be better off going to the Smoothie King right across from this place.
