Crappy work ethic. We were so looking forward to eating here. We passed up another place that unfortunately closed earlier than this place, so it's no longer an option. They had no sign in their window to indicate why they chose not to be open today. Very disappointing!!!

Back at Bao and Noodle and it’s even better than before! Service was wonderful: super friendly and attentive. Cool space! Great veg/vegan options with excellent pulled noodles, spot on Sichuan flavors and pots of Chrysanthemum tea. Love this place, can’t wait to return.

My favorite restaurant in New Orleans. Perfect bao, and the Dan Dan noodles are delicious and Spicy. I eat here every weekend. Also, the music is not too loud and that matters a lot. when we go out to have conversation and eat a meal. This is an "alternative"kind of staff and they are amazing, young, fun. They will try to accommodate your requests. The Burmese tea salad is worth the price of admission and is a light meal itself. Street parking. Nice outdoor patio.

In town for a wedding reception, and really wanted some fresh noodles. And Bao and Noodle delivered! Just got an order of Bao and the Cumin Lamb Biang Biang noodles. Beyond amazing! Flavor was fantastic and yummy and so worth it to go out of the way to visit this little place.

The food was very good, full of flavor but very salty. Ambiance was nice. I can't say much about the service as it is mostly self-service (grab your own napkin/water, glass, and order food at the counter). A smile or two might have helped, but amen.

Cozy spot to grab some excellent bao. I also had the Dan Dan noodles and my boyfriend had the pork belly. Overall the food was good but the bao was definitely the star of the show. I enjoyed the texture of the noodles however the sauce (under the bed of noodles) didn't have the depth of flavor I was hoping for after trying the bao. Overall it was a good meal. I will be back for more bao!

Meh. Bao was delicious, but duck was chewy and overcooked. Dan Dan noodles were too chewy and undercooked and had an extremely weird, not very good flavor to them.

"Creative" fusion takes on Chinese food are cute, but this just left me wanting the real thing. The flavors were unbalanced and only vaguely resembled Chinese food from China.I get that they are not trying to be authentic, but even without measuring against that standard, it was just OK.

Food was delicious! I love the Louisiana twist this Asian Fusion restaurant creates. Everything was so yummy, will go again for sure! Ask for the Tea Egg as an extra (not listed on menu)- it is devine!
