Good Ice cream. The Pralines and Cream Sundae was great. This is a bigger Baskin Robbins than most. There are several tables to sit and enjoy your Ice cream. This is the only Baskin Robbins in the uptown area as far as I know.

I didn't know that you'll don't offer a bathroom for your customers 🤔 when asked if you'll had a restroom the response I got was "Walgreens" . And yes I purchased something. Over $8

Exquisite ice cream and might I say exquisite service! I was served by a young brunette girl who gave me the most perfectly round scoop of ice cream! I got the love potion and it sure made me LOVE the ice cream ?. Great establishment, great people.

Worst ice cream in the city and their service sucks. They claimed it was “too late” to put toppings on my hot fudge sundae. Still had 30 minutes til closing…Save your money and go to Walgreens next door for some Ben and Jerry’s. Or literally anywhere else in NOLA.

cashier was rude telling me to step over by register while another was asking me what i want on my ice cream and the only reason i by the toppings was so i could hear seems how masks cover the lips so no option for me to do that

I've had good service every time I've gone to this location. They have been taking COVID seriously, making sure people wear masks and stay as far apart as possible. They also get you in and out quickly. Including walking time, it took a mere six minutes for me and my coworker to come here, buy ice cream, and walk back to work.There are good outdoor benches in the little park within walking distance of this location, so I highly recommend it. It's a perfect storm of ice cream perfection.
