I purchased a Oreo ice cream cake for my Twins 9th birthday. It was a beautiful cake but it tasted horrible. The cake tasted old and stale, the kids ate the ice cream but complained that the cake wasn’t good. I called the next day to speak with the manager and I was told that I was the first person to have a problem with their cake and refused a refund and offered me a $10 credit for a $60 cake. The manager was RUDE, defensive and not empathetic at all. Ilia is the name I was given.

Found an acrylic nail tip in my ice cream. Was refunded, but won’t be going back. No one wears gloves and things like this are a huge health concern.

If you could avoid this franchise in Midcity please do! The two young ladies who worked 6/1 6pm are very rude, and clearly customer service, are working for any business in the service profession is not for them. Clearly they are unhappy and better off Quitting! Do the owners and the customer a favor and just quit.Walked in, the young lady was on her phone….. she looked up and continued texting on her phone, the other young lady just stood there looked up and just looked back down…. Stood there a little longer thinking maybe they are just in the middle of something, I said excuse me, but did I come in at a bad time. She responded annoyed and said What?…. Girrrrrl…….. do yourself a favor and just quit. That was my first and last time visiting the mid city location. If the owner only knew….. they are a disgrace to the franchise. They need to be fired..Y’all the service was so bad…….

I love this location! I work around the corner and every so often, we will treat ourselves to some BR. Everyone there has always been so nice, especially the manager and cake decorator. Highly recommend!
