Maybe you should update your store hours on here, checked app before leaving house because it’s about a 15 min drive signs on door says 7 here it says 8

Today, May 13, 2022, visited and ordered a banana royale and a 2 scoop sundae. Got home and the banana royale had two little scoops, 5 pieces of banana, and barela any fudge. Have been calling for the past hour with no success.

Went today (1/24/21) and got the smallest scoops I have ever seen in my life. When I asked if she thought I said kiddie scoops, I was assured that they were the full sized scoops. I said I’ve been supporting this location since it first opened since it is black owned and had never seen scoops so small. She explained that her workers were giving out too big of scoops and giving out more than they should. Well, she has definitely (over) corrected that error. They set an expectation of full scoops for yearssss, but alas, no more.

Great quality, quantity friendly and professional service.

Yesterday as I went some Baskin-Robbins I noticed a longer line two employees working only one seems to deal with the customers. The young boy seems to be working really hard while the other employee a lady making cakes disregarding the long line. Are offering any help to the other employee to get the line down. She seem to have a bad attitude didn't want to be bothered. Slapping icing on a cake making them so fast I wouldn't advise anybody to buy a cake from there. New Orleans East businesses are small I tried the hardest to support the east but it seems like they have the worst customer service. I tried to go at Baskin-Robbins at least once a week because I like to support the businesses in the east especially when they're black own. But please help your employees do better

There were 2 employees but only one of them thought that assisting customers was the priority. I loved the service that I recieved but waited in line for almost 45 minutes due to the second employee making waffle cones and talking on her phone.

Conveniently located in a suite next to a subway for you to have your lunch before dessert, and a dentist for you to fix the future cavities that you will probably get; But it's worth it for yummy ice cream, just make sure to brush afterwards.

Chassidy was nice

I went twice in the last week and the young lady who was there was friendly professional clean and prompt. Very pleasant speedy experience.

Chassidy was rude! We waited patiently while she helped a family before us who were a bit indecisive and when she got to myself and my daughter she was very snappy which had my daughter slightly apprehensive [she's 4] but just went ahead abs ordered by she ruined our "trip to the ice cream palor" now it's 430pm but lawd don't take that out on the customers

The service and experience was horrible when I visited yesterday, 3/17/2021 at 4pm. The lady was rude, fast talking, and impatient. When I entered the shop she never said, "hello" or "how can I help". When I pointed to the cone my daughter wanted, she went to the register and quoted me the price instead of just getting me the cone. I had to tell her, "I don't care how much the cone cost". I just want the cone and the ice cream. This is about an experience. I will not spend my money at this shop anymore.
