Can’t believe the bad reviews. Great pizza. Quick and friendly service. Watched them actually take care as they made the pie. Lucky to have stumbled upon this place.

stopped here after a concert and had some of the best pizza! the cheesy bread is a must! definitely will be back! and the owner is so nice, heard we loved the pizza and decided to gift us some free cheesecake before we left!

Pizza was good. Restaurant seems nice. Ratings would be higher if they fired whoever served my table. I was not given my water. I had to go to the bar and get a water from someone else. I used my pocket knife to cut my pizza as I was also not given silverware. Ate our pizza on napkins because we were also not given plates. The only time we were checked on was when he asked if we wanted our ticket.

Ok NOLA was a place you can get pizza 24/7 ? well you still can on bourbon street but this offers a better selection so try them when everyone else is closed !

Store closes at 8:30pm for Dine in and 10pm for delivery. Walked in at 745pm and they said sorry, we are cleaning. Bad for business. If you put hours out there, abide by them. Walked a good way to try out new pizza and was denied. Sorry, won't return.

I got the garlic grilled chicken pizza with no tomatoes but added green peppers, small Caesar salad and some Golds Peak Sweet tea. This was my first visit here st Big Pie Pizza and with family vibes of being back at home, this was a fenominal pizza that was bursting with flavor in every bite, and at a reasonable price, I most definitely will be coming back for more! Thank You!

Love this little spot. Was staying in NOLA for 2 weeks for work before Mardi Gras and drank/ate there several times. It was quiet, but the beer was cold and the pizza was hot and tasty. If I go back to New Orleans, I'm definitely going back.

Tasted like frozen pizza from the store, very slow service, owner (Jack?) was not friendly and actually somewhat creepy, also the bathrooms were filthy

In town for a few days with the family and wanted some pizza. Obviously prefer to support local indies, but this was a miss. Ordered food online, for pick up. It was over and hour before it was ready. Ordered a chicken Caesar wrap. I have never seen one that was put on a grill like panini or something, but this one was. Chicken was dry, and the salad part of the wrap got ruined by the heat of the grill. Also ordered a NOLA staple, the muffuletta. My god, they should not be allowed to sell these anymore. it was an over sized hot dog bun with ham/cheese and olives on it. That is not a muffuletta. We also ordered 2 pizzas. To be fair the pizzas were ok. Boss lady says we won’t ever get food from there again, I fully support that, and so should you.
The delivery was 30 minutes late and thr food was barely warm. Fries tasted old and I ordered extra pepperoni which I did pay extra for and it was obvious there were no extra. The salad I would not call Greek salad by any means. Very disappointing.

Terrible. We order 2 pizzas. 1 large and 1 small. The large was a pepperoni and Italian sausage and the small was a cheese and pineapple. We ordered via website and have the confirmation email. We also added a almost $9 tip. We spent $50 and didn't even get correct order. We called about 10 times before we actually even got someone to answer and they placed us on hold for almost 10 min just to hang up on us. We've tried calling another 10times and no answer. Would not recommend this Pizza place. The food is rubber like little ceasers and the customer service sucks.

Pizza received is not what was ordered. When we tried to call to see about making it right they hung up on us and would not answer the phone again.Unfortunate that the service is so poor!

In N.O. on vacation and ordered a quick bite to eat. I waited an hour to get my food for them to tell me that they never received my order. I showed the lady that I received a confirmation email and that my card was charged and she said that she couldn’t do anything about it. She said that I would have to pay again and wait another hour to get my food. Where is the customer service? The hostess was so rude. I left unhappy, and didn’t feel that my money should be spent where the customer service is horrible. I hear that the food is good, that’s why I wanted a pizza. Hopefully they hire more people there that actually care about the business.

Basically we were the only one in there. The bartender took good care of us no problem and our pizza was pretty good. However $6 dollar Miller Lites, and dead ants on the one bathroom sink was a big turn off. Manager type dude vaping marijuana…….?♀️
