This place is really cozy and the food was delicious 😋 the only problem for me was the out door sitting and no private parking area. That I didn't like.

Food was great service was NOT service was TERRIBLE, server was MIA the entire time, mixed our orders up repeatedly, had to come back and ask repeatedly to get them correct, spilled our drinks on the table and we cleaned it up, charged $36 of gratuity on my $28 for a table of 5 and suggested my receipt would be emailed but of course I haven't received it, never did receive a bill just calculated everything up at the register and whacked me and everyone at our table over the head with the highest gratuity we've ever had in life, DEFINITELY won't be back to get ripped off, food was delicious tho.

I had to go a second time cause my food wasn’t right the people was nice but the food is overrated and not worth the price I went back a second time and since they had to replace my order, they made my waffle any kind of way to where it was falling apart so for those reasons, I would never eat there again The first photo is from the first time I went the second photo from the second time I went. The smash burger was good, but the appetizer came after the entrees and 60+ minutes after it had been ordered.
No real updates from the server. No coffee refills. I was really looking forward to going, but I'm not sure I will be back any time soon. 😕

Today was my first time visiting the restaurant. The service was excellent and the food was very good. To me the downfall is coming into the restaurant and having food waiting for the wait staff to pick up with all the customers passing by. This should be a No-No especially after covid. In addition when we were leaving out about 2:00 p.m. the floors were filthy. I used the bathroom it was filthy with nothing to wipe my hands with after trying to wash them. With that said we will come back again because the food was good and we hope to see an improvement with the items that I described as deficient.

Not satisfied,unimpressed. Our waitress was nice, but seemed overwhelemed or busy. Our food was subpar ,i got chicken and waffles, my waffle was soggy and chicken was hard not even crispy, nothing that met the hype from social media. It was pricy for nothing we didnt get a bill they just sat the tap to pay machine on the table and disappeared, when we were walking out still baffled at the price we asked for the receipt and she seemed overwhelemed with finding it. Overall, it was expensive, tolerable food, and subpar service.

Terrible experience all around. We waited 40 minutes for our meal to come out and it came out cold and uncooked. We were the first customer after over one hour of their opening time. No biscuits and we were told that it would be 1 hr if we wanted biscuits. Undercooked food and soggy waffles. The food tasted so bad we barely ate. My hubby who actually finished the meal got sick. Also, they added 25% tip to the bill when the sign says 20% and a credit card charge of $3.80 without telling us.
In response to the owner’s reply, it is mind-boggling that the owner agrees that the food looks terrible and still served it. This is how the soggy waffle with the broken egg looked when I flipped the top waffle. It is sad that they have nothing to say about the dough in the beignets and simply accuse their customers of pouring water on the food. Not even a drop of water was added to my plate. I wonder what else they have to say about the extra charges and the rest of the experience. Your time would be better spent improving the food than making passive aggressive replies to all the negative reviews. Bad business.

Food and spot is great.. BUT our server completely disappeared. When we got our food, we had to wait for utensils. Ask several people for a coffee refill. Had go ask the front lady for our check and to go boxes only to find out they got me TWICE with that force 20% TIP. Sorry but that was a Less to No Tip service.

We arrived at noon, put our name down and was told an hour. An hour went by and the waitress came out to ask us what our name was and we watched her write it down as though they forgot. We finally got seated around 1:35pm, the waitress came by 3 times and said she would be with us shortly, waited 25 minutes to even order drinks. My mom pulled the silverware out the napkin and it wreaked of old dish water, so we asked for to go silverware to eat our food. The beignets were completely burned and no music was playing, not sure since it was close to closing time?
We came from Ohio to try this spot and was highly disappointed.

Ordered on Uber and was extremely disappointed. Eggs all overcooked with no runniness to the yolk. Bland eggs no salt or pepper added. The burrito for $17 is the size of a Taco Bell small $5 one. You pay extra for home fries and receive a kids size or half a hand full. The burger was so soggy it fell apart when I picked it up and the bread was so mushy it was inedible.
