Fantastic food, including some of the best sauces found in the city. Exceptional value for the level of quality, including a somewhat limited but thoughtful, affordable wine list.
One of my go-to places when I visit. I wish I could recommend a dish but no one dish stands out. Every dish is memorable.
We are a group of ladies who love to go to Bistro Daisy for birthdays or simply when we have not been together in a while. Five Stars every single time. The regular menu is consistently superb as is the drinks menu, and the specials are always tempting. The wine list is nice (be prepared to spend!) The service is great: Waiter and assistant - wonderful.
Absolutely fantastic meal. Incredibly enjoyable and won't hesitate to return. Restaurant is in a cool old home. Very cool atmosphere.
must have hit this place at the right time. promptness of the wait staff, meal spacing, food all in sync. Crab salad, shrimp bisque, bang island mussels, bouillabaisse with flounder and shrimp and a nice version of peppermint ice cream. thank you Dion and Gerald
The food was amazing, I had the steak for an entree and It was cooked perfectly. The oyster appetizer was wonderful. The server was probably the best I have had a long time. She was prompt, professional and did a great job. We will definitely be back
Dinner exceeded our expectations. The crab and beet salad was divine and the duck was exceptional. An outstanding meal in a city that has soooo many excellent restaurant options.
This is one of our favorite restaurants in New Orleans and we dine our several times every week. We make sure to come in multiple times each year as the food, service and atmosphere are always excellent. Further, the value is excellent.
Duck and trout entrees both with delectable sauces. Warm bread, 1/2 carafe house wine and bread pudding for dessert. Service excellent. Noise level is high, but probably can't be helped in old wooden house!
We went to bistro daisy for a birthday dinner and they made the table fun with flower petals and confetti! We always enjoy the delicious food but the service is what makes it. It's such a warm and cozy experience in the house. If the lamb shank is a special, it's a must!

We always have a wonderful experience at Bistro Daisy. We started with the escargot special and a Daisy salad and had the fillet as our main dish (we typically split everything). All were wonderful with the steak a bit less flavorful and slightly overcooked (I ordered it MR and it was cooked to medium) but was still delicious. They were very sweet to our son and daughter in law who were celebrating their third anniversary and gave them a complimentary dessert...though we would have not ordered two other desserts if we knew that was coming. No good deed, right?😩😉
Delicious food, pleasant atmosphere, good drinks, excellent wait staff. I love dining here!
A delicious meal in a charming venue. This was one of the best meals that I have enjoyed in the last month. Considering the service and the food I definitely will return to Daisy's.
Loved everything about Bistro Daisy! They made my boyfriend's birthday so special with their service and little confetti on the table. The food was incredible! So simple but very elevated and delicious.
Excellent restaurant. I had a shrimp dish with grits and it was delicious. My wife got a grilled speckled trout with lump crab meat. Both dishes were served with their own delicious sauces that made them something to return and have again. It's a bit on the pricier side, so we will only be back for special occasions, but we definitely will be back. All of the wait staff was very professional, helpful and knowledgeable.
