The donuts are amazing. I always get the maple bacon and another donut. They have a great variety. You have to get there early cause they sell out fast. The price is very reasonable
Not much of an atmosphere I think you have to get them to go. Possibly a chair outside. Nice enough folks. I don’t eat a lot of donuts anymore - but I happen to eat some king cake a few years ago and pried the name of the place out of my host. Blue dot donuts. So I went back to try a donut. these are far above anything else going on in New Orleans… beignets are fun with a cafe latte but that’s an awful lot of sticky messy powdered sugar. The best donuts you'll ever eat served by the nicest folks you'll ever meet. We go at least once each time we visit New Orleans and Blue Dot never disappoints! Don't miss the Chocolate Iced Sourdough which is my #1 favorite donut of all time!
