They are not consistent in their times. Today we waited about me and 10 other people not to mention those who drove up and we said they are closed. We all left after waiting an hour or so. Hope they do better.

The smoothies are delicious, the yeah wit da yeah is one of my favorites. Although i did not feel welcomed by the 2 female employees whom i greeted (and they did not reply) . One of them was hiding behind the napkins on the counter until i came closer. They both looked as if i needed to hurry up and order and leave. And there was no traffic in the establishment.

The place is gorgeous, very clean and bright, the almond berry toast is delicious and the smoothie was wonderful a tad bit sweet, the service was a bit mediocre, the ladies didn’t look like they wanted to be there, didn’t have a welcoming attitude, no smiles or any friendly interaction.

The cashier was so rude! She doesn’t greet anyone, my friend and I both spoke and she just stared at us. Even when it was time to tell us our total she was just looking at us. She is horrible for botanicals business! First time experiencing rude service here and this is my 6th time here.
