Was told they could make any drink in asked for... Then couldn't make the three drinks I asked for (old fashioned, vuix cararre, and Moscow mule) then I ordered a jack and coke but got jack and Pepsi (not the same) wife Margarita was meh. Music was really good and the bartender was nice.My one star "food" rating is about the drinks and I think it's fair. My advice: order a beer and enjoy the music.

At $10 a shot or $17 for a small mixed drink I recommend staying clear of drinking here as those prices are outrageous! They also add service fees onto your tab. The only saving grace is the free live music. Without this the place would get 0 stars.Women's bathroom is not handicap accessible as it is on the second floor. Men's is as it's on the first floor.

Love the entertainment. The bartender was great. The band that played on Sunday, Dec 17 was amazing. My only small complaint is the person in the restroom. I find this service wholly unnecessary

The band, Under the Influence, was truly incredible. They made the night. However, the drinks here are watered down and simply not good. When I asked the bartender if she could make a mojito, she gave sweetened club soda with lime, saying “it’s a mojito without mint”. Not a hint of alcohol in it, and certainly not a mojito. I asked her to fix it by adding blackberry liquor or orange liquor, but she wouldn’t do it saying “that’ll be extra”. The “sprite” I received was $13. I paid for it and left the full drink at the bar.

I don't know this for a fact. Yet. I went into bourbon bandstand late September 28 around 11:30pmish till just after midnight. as I was walking in myself the door man asked if it was just me, I said something along the lines of "yeah, just me, looking for a cute woman". He than gets on his phone like he's gonna call someone. I didn't think anything of it, innocent banter. When I left around midnightish the 29th a woman approaches me as I walked out looking to hang out. This woman stole my phone, ID, credit cards and further compromised all my online accounts stealing thousands of dollars. I've tried to contact this business but there is no number that is active. Again, this doorman might have nothing to do with the woman scam artist which I was on the losing end but that would be a huge coincidence. If god forbid I find out this business was employing this person linked the person who stole from me, I will take any legal remedy at my disposal.

Bourbon Bandstand is engaged in a common scam in cahoots with vendors of shots who walk up and down the street and in the bars. These young women walk around with boards of some sweet shots and try to peddle them.I said no, was actually drinking water and listening to a good band. Then, a few minutes later, some other girl comes and asks to dance. So I say okay, why not, and we dance a little. The shots vendors shows up and the dancing girl asks if she can get a shot. Dumb me says sure, and the dancing girl proceeds to down a bunch of shots in front of me. Then I get presented with a bill for almost $100.It is late, I don't want to cause a scene, so I give the vendor my card and she goes and runs it with the bar. Then she says she is going to get my receipt and of course never shows up again.Beware of this scam and say no to randoms who ask for shots or to dance with you.I will dispute the charge with my credit card company.I did not order the shots, did not consume any of the product, and did not get a receipt though I asked for it.I am sure the bar is well aware of this scammy practice of extracting money from unsuspecting folks listening to music in their establishment. The music is good, and it attracts people inside your bar. No need for scams, sell honest drinks instead, this is how you destroy your reputation. You made $100 extra that you split with the operators of the scam, but you also bought yourselves this review.

Walked in here on a Friday night and saw an amazing live band, Beasts of Bourbon. They played Tina Turner, Bruno Mars, and some other well-known artists. It wasn't too crowded so there was plenty of room to dance. Had a great time here dancing wildly around.
