alex at the bourbon pub is one of the best people i’ve met in my life…we came for Christmas last year and again this year just for him…i’m so serious, we hope he’s here again next year. such a kind and fun soul with excellent service, we could not ask for a better bartender here. made us feel so welcome on xmas day two years in a row and has always provided great service. THANKYOU BOURBON PUB AND ALEX FOR MAKING US FEEL LIKE THIS IS HOME

Popped in here with a small group on a Sunday during the FQ Holiday Home Tours. Just for a drink and a bathroom break but sat at the bar for a few to catch a bit of the football games. Not many people in during the Saints game but the bar area looked to accommodate many seats for possible guests. Seemed like a place that cared for regulars but not newbies. 1 double jager with redbull ran $22 + 20% tip. Highest drink price I've experienced in the quarter. A block down the road and I had the same drink for $13 including tip. Just over all not that welcoming plus expensive.

The bouncers here shoved my girl down the stairs at the entrance. All she did was ask them a question on why our friends couldn’t go in. They had no answer. She asked a couple more times and the guy told her to Meade and shoved her. She fell and cracked 2 ribs.

What a fun bar! Came in over Labor Day and attended Southern Decadence. Lots of go-go dancers. All the bartenders were great, shout out to Michael (tall dark and handsome). Gorgeous!!!
