We live in the neighborhood and haven’t had this place since covid. It has fell off tremendously. We ordered the boudin sandwich , the pull pork nachos and a daiquiri ……. It was over priced for the quality of food we received. There were only 2 beers on draft and they barely put any alcohol in their daiquiris more like a slushy. The bill was $43 dollars and I tipped 6 because I come from the restaurant industry. The pork on the nachos were dry. The cheese was bland and watered down (canned cheese). The boudin sandwich had no taste really and had this nasty looking “sauce on it”. I took 2 bites out of my $43 meal and threw it away. I won’t be back.

Micheal was a great conversation, I was new the city he took the time to walk me through the menu told me his favorites and explained what a Kings Cake was super cool guy. And the food was sincerely the best Po Boy I’ve ever had, they aren’t just blowing smoke when they say the food here is like grandma home cooking.

Wonderful experience, very nice music and plants outside . The Krispy Kreme bread pudding will be the best decision you make while in Nola so do yourself a favor and order it. I had to take a moment and pray too the bread pudding gods .

Really tasty little place that blew our minds when we found it. Found it on our way to Tulane and it’s a hidden little gem with incredible food and an awesome staff. Went with a Tea Daiquiri that was the coldest drink I’ve ever had then some wings that were incredible and one of the most popular treats the meat pie! Over the top spot!
