Efrain was our incredibly skilled and professional waiter. He proved being a formal Waiter is a true talent. Food was great, the Pork Belly was impressive with a great burst of flavor. The Steak Dianne was perfectly finished at the table. Tge stuffed Gulf fish was light, delicate in flavor. Great stuff. The bread pudding was warmed perfectly and the Fosters was what we expected and needed. The over the top touch wad the mountain of home spun cotton candy hiding a piece of birthday cake..The night was what I wanted, memorable for my girls. Thank you.

My wife and I went for her birthday celebration .We loved the beautiful ,elegant, restaurant The staff were all friendly, very professional and courteous and we were made very welcome. We thought the food was excellent from a simple burrata and butternut squash starter, wonderful fresh oysters, redfish Veronique and shrimp stuffed gulf fish to the spectacular and famous bananas Foster. All served with panache and totally delivering on flavours. We accompanied the meal with a glass of Moët and Chandon brut rose Imperial and a glass of a very crisp and enjoyable Pinot Grigio. We finished the meal with an excellent cafetière (French press) of coffee and the unexpected and delightful surprise of a cotton candy decorated birthday cake. It was a great evening and, although not cheap, was well worth the expense. Highly recommended.

Great Place! Great staff, amazing service and amazing food! We enjoyed everything and the table side Banana's Foster was phenomenal!

It was special to have a 60th birthday brunch at Brennan's! We had a beautiful booth. Our waiter was fun and informative. The food was excellent and the drinks divine. The only caveat was my Ramos Fizz took forever because the bartender was not experienced and had difficulty making the drink... it was created in New Orleans and a restaurant of this calibre, expense should be equipped to create the drink with ease. HOWEVER, I was given a Milk Punch for free because of the wait. The crew needs to pay a more attention to cleaning the table in-between courses, dirty glasses and bread crumbs were left on the table. HOWEVER It was a delightful brunch and I will return. Thank you Brennan's for a lovely experience.

Returning after a great experience celebrating a birthday over 5 years ago. Decided to try brunch for bday. Despite adding it to the reservation and advising staff, the birthday was not celebrated. We watched tables around us who were— so crappy experience from that point however was hopeful the food and service would make up for that. It did not, food was disappointing and service was not great. Such a contrast to when we last came. Definitely changed my opinion of Brennans.

This was the best food experience we had in New Orleans! They absolutely lived up to the hype. The service is so great, and the food was amazing. My husband said the bacon was the best he's ever had! We also loved the Jamaican coffee hand ground table side. We were too full to try their famous bananas foster but the table next to us got it, and it was a beautiful presentation. Make this restaurant your priority when you visit NOLA!

The food and service was some of the best we've experienced! We were seated under a speaker in the side dining room, so it was a bit hard to hear each other. The bananas foster was worth the hype! The ribeye did come with a ridiculous amount of potato hay stings but was delicious nonetheless

This was truly an incredible experience. The food and service were both top notch! We will return!

Brennans is a classic! The service was fantastic, and the food was even better! We ate brunch there. Highly recommend it. Just wish I had had enough room for bananas foster.

We went for our 27th wedding anniversary and did the Brennan's 80th anniversary breakfast meal and had the most excellent food/drinks and the service was exceptional. All the staff made us feel extra special on our special day.

Disappointing. It's an old-line French restaurant with elegant, old-line atmosphere. Unfortunately, the food was pretty flavorless. I had a bowl of mediocre gumbo (the worst of six on this trip) and near-flavorless duck confit hash.

My son and I made Sunday brunch reservations after seeing rave online reviews, and Brennan’s did not disappoint. We were seated immediately upon arrival at a double-linen, eloquently organized, low-top table in the dining room, with views of the courtyard. I enjoyed the turtle soup as an appetizer and the perfectly prepared duck confit hash for my entree. My son was delighted with his gumbo soup and his medium-rare hanger steak with a sunny-side-up egg. They did not skimp on the alcohol in either our Brandy Milk Punch or Irish coffee. Of course, we had their world-famous Bananas Foster prepared table-side for our dessert. This was our second restaurant during our New Orleans vacation, and we used it to set the bar for what to expect from fabulous food and service. Door man. Excellent service, and every single staff member greeted you when you walked by. Brilliant linens and silverware. They even had someone who scraped the breadcrumbs off the table between servings. Only a collared shirt is required for brunch. The price is consistent with the experience, food, and ambiance. I would highly recommend Brennan’s for an upscale restaurant experience.

We make it a practice to have at least one breakfast at Brennan's whenever we come to NOLA. Never been disappointed over 40 years.. Great food. Quality ingredients, well prepared, nice presentation. Never had a meal that wasn't first rate. Wait service: Impeccable. Friendly, frequent interactions. Besides our "dedicated" waiter, there were other wait staff who circulated refilling water glasses and checking if we needed more coffee/tea. The water service was unobtrusive. I didn't notice the wait staff refilling the water. Just noticed that my glass always was full. A manager stopped by to welcome us and ask about our experience. Atmosphere: Historic place nicely decorated.
