One of my favorite breweries (and definitely my favorite brewpub) in NOLA, and the only place I visited more than once in a recent trip. Beers exhibited a wide, thoughtful range, suitable for a beer aficionado or newcomer more interested in Southern food and barbecue (both of which were stellar). High-end service. Convenient to convention areas and hotels.Kid-friendliness: Accessible, but I didn't notice the kids' menu (wasn't looking while on business). But price point and atmosphere may not be the most suitable.

Can't speak to the food or drinks but the service is bad. No host up front, we waited at the sign until someone running food told us to go to the bar. Went to the bar, ignored by about 4 employees (they were chatting with each other, not helping any other customers). Said hello and tried to make eye contact, ignored. Employee was stacking clean glasses for 10 minutes right in front of us instead of clearing the dirty glasses off the bar and taking our order. Left after about 15 minutes and went to a restaurant that wanted our business.

Came here on a Wednesday evening and was promptly served at the bar. I was able to sample both of the cask beers and they are top notch. I went with the bitter. I ordered the butternut squash sandwich and I may have found my new favorite meal! Vegetarian food that isnt trying to pretend to be meat is DELIGHTFUL. It was a refreshing/inspired (and delicious) take on a reuben and I cant recommend it enough. My food arrived quickly and the bartender never missed a beat filling my water. Looking at the beer menu, there is an option for every color and variety on the spectrum, with several mixed drink selections as well. If you havent been here yet, you need to try it!Vegetarian options: Not a huge variety of vegetarian food but they do have an amazing butternut squash sandwich and vegetarian fries are available! (They have a separate fryer they use for animal based fry oils, I asked).

Surprisingly, the food was amazing, some of the best we’ve had in New Orleans! We ordered the beef cheek, ribs, and Shishito peppers and all were absolutely delicious … Cannot recommend enough! As was the frozen pims cup. Go here !!!!

Waited at the entrance for 15 minutes to be seated with nobody in front of us. No one acknowledged us, nobody said a word, nobody cared. Just lost 15 minutes standing in front of a sign that said wait to be seated. We left. The group behind us did the same. Great service!

Delicious food and great service! This is the perfect place to eat before walking to the super-dome or smoothie king center!

Small portions for the price. Service was sub-par and not very attentive considering the place was pretty empty at this time. Probably our most disappointing meal in NOLA this trip.

I typically don’t review places but hopefully this will help them improve and learn from issues. I have been to Saint X a few times and have had great experiences. Unfortunately, today, was not one of them. I made a reservation for 7 a week ago or so and when we arrived at the restaurant at the reservation time the hostess told us it would just be a few minutes until they printed out new menus (not sure why we couldn’t be seated then they bring us the menus). After 15 minutes of not being seated we told her we were going to sit at the bar until our table was ready. Another 20 minutes past before we were seated. We never had a server come until we asked the bar if we could place an order and the bartender came and took our order - only for drinks she said she couldn’t take food orders (???). More employees showed up and we still had to ask if we could have a server to order food - when we did order food the order was incorrect. Also, the pimento cheese was supposed to be served with fried saltines and we got regular wheat ritz?? Ordered one turkey sandwich it was never put in to the kitchen then they came out with two saying that’s what we ordered when we asked where it was (the waitress didn’t write down our order when she took it). It was honestly just a disaster and the place was super unorganized. We decided instead of getting more drinks that we would go down to Walk Ons instead. Really let down by this experience.

Every beer we tried was delicious. Cocktails were much better than expected for a brewery. The food also blew us away. Possibly best chicken I've ever had. Sure it's not an easy walk from the Bourbon Street festivities, but catch an Uber from a main street and it'll be a nice change of pace that is definitely worth it.

There's always one thing wrong with our order here (received the wrong dish, ect), but we keep coming back because they always kindly and quickly fix the mistake and the food is good! Really convenient spot by the Superdome.

Never been ignored by a bartender as much as when I went here. Didn’t even end up getting a drink.
