My favorite New Orleans restaurant. The food is always fresh, flavorful and delicious. Frank keeps the menu seasonal and world with what's fresh in the market. New Orleans is home to many fine dining restaurants but none dinner than Brigtsen's. it's friendly, distinguished, welcoming to all. I'm not a fancy person and I've never felt out of place here. You won't find a better place to dine.
Highly recommend the Coolinary menu…2 weeks left. Delicious & creative redfish dish, shrimp bisque, & pecan pie. Service was also perfect. Can’t wait to dine there again!
I was extremely disappointed in my recent visit. I chose Brigtsen's for my celebration dinner on my last day of radiation and cancer treatment. My friend from Pennsylvania was encouraged to get the duck by another friend because it is normally excellent and she loves duck. Hers was burned and dry. she was extremely disappointed and only ate her sides. The waiter said the only thing he could do was give us dessert. The whole experience was marred by this.
