Such a great family feel to this place. Must have reservations and must call to get reservations.

IDK...

I had to think long & hard about writing this review, but I have to be honest with myself. For years I & my family have wanted to dine here so we finally made it for Coolinary. Maybe we had too high expectations, but nothing about their food stood out & we had a waitress that seriously only cared about the tables of the uptown families. We get that regulars are important, but we noticed that the hostess visited on every other table in the room but didn't stop by us although she passed right by us twice. No big deal but it felt like the staff marginalized us whether purposely or subconsciously. Our wine & ice bucket was put on a mantle 5 feet away since where they sat us at was too tight for us, so we had to get up and leave the table to refill our glasses on our own since the waitress never made any eye contact with us again until she handed the check at the end. Maybe Coolinary budget customers are lower priority? FWIW we still left a 25% tip.

My favorite New Orleans restaurant. The food is always fresh, flavorful and delicious. Frank keeps the menu seasonal and world with what's fresh in the market. New Orleans is home to many fine dining restaurants but none dinner than Brigtsen's. it's friendly, distinguished, welcoming to all. I'm not a fancy person and I've never felt out of place here. You won't find a better place to dine.

Immaculate. A term defined by perfection and exemplified by our culinary experience here. Delicious vibrant dishes and incredible service combine to create a transcendent dining extravaganza. Truly the pictures can never do service to the featured dishes. Each bite was worth every dollar spent. Come for a scintillating tongue pleasing experience and leave full and well satiated in all dimensions.

Glad someone else was paying for it. It was way out of my retired income range.

Don't let the exterior full you, this cute little cottage is bursting at the seams with culinary flavor. The cocktails were well crafted, the seafood platter was amazing, curry shrimp bisque on point and the blueberry lemon creme brulee... Sooooo gooooood!

It's a bit pricey and you need a reservation but it's definitely worth it for the experience. Never felt rushed.
