Excellent Customer service ! We recieved a complimentary Martini when taking a few extra minutes for a table. Mary was AWESOME! We had a great experience, great food and constant checking on us. Best Lakefront restaurant.

Giving a three because I like what you’re doing. But y’all failed us. Chargrilleds we burnt as heck. Waitress should’ve seen that when she delivered them after our entrées had already arrived. Entrees that were missing all sorts of things. Server was a mess. It’s a Friday night in New Orleans y’all need to have it on point.

just left Felix's on the lake front. it was the worst experience we have ever had. we arrived at 2:30pm to an empty dining room but was told by the kitchen was backed up. later we found out that the kitchen was actually "backing up" into the kitchen as the drains were clogged and water was flooding the restaurant. we waited 15 minutes at an empty bar. the bar tender ignored us. we had to wave him over and ask for service. by the time we ordered our drinks we were told that our table was ready. we went to our table with drinks and waited another 20 minutes before we had to flag down another server to take our order. then due to kitchen issues, we waited another 30 minutes for our appetizers. the kitchen staff that brought out our food dropped a container of blue cheese salad dressing in my moms purse. when we asked for fresh napkins we were brought dish rags from the kitchen. the table next to us was told that they would have to use plastic cutlery since they didn't have any clean. our waitress went missing for majority of our time and was only found when it was time to pay the bill. it's super unfortunate that we had this experience. Felix's was one of our favorite places to eat and the atmosphere was always so lovely. today we didn't have a good experience and it will hinder our return.
