My significant other and I visited NOLA for a week. The Seahorse was near where we were staying. This place had that small town feel with great service. Everyone was so friendly. Try the crawfish balls and relish. No, this isn't a high-end bar by any means but still was quaint and hospitable! And CHEAP!!!
Busy place during Jazzfest for sure. I often wonder if that's what keeps this place going. It's an interesting place and worth a visit if you happen to be waiting for the fest to open!
