The Jazz brunch was so good. Felt like a true NOLA experience. Would definitely recommend and plan to attend again whenever we are in town.

Food and service were excellent. Ambiance was poor. Large and extremely loud groups of teens there. You could barely hear. Jazz trio ok but hard to hear over the din of the place. They never stopped by our table. A disappointing experience.

While the jazz band was enjoyable, they were too loud making it difficult to hear ourselves speaking at our table. Would have much preferred a softer play of the music. Otherwise everything was great.

The food was good and the employees were kind, but unfortunately service was incredibly slow. We had a reservation for 10 people, and when we showed up, it took them 20 minutes to prepare our table and seat us. Once sat, we didn't get water for another 15 minutes. Finally, we weren't able to order drinks until almost an hour after our initial reservation time, and we eventually stopped ordering more drinks due to how long they were taking to come out. When it came time to order, the kitchen was then out of the one dish that half of our party wanted to order. And unfortunately, some of the small appetizer plates were sticky and not fully clean when passed to us. The restaurant was mostly empty when we arrived, at least where we were sitting. This was a sunday afternoon, during their advertised jazz brunch time. It was a beautiful day and we were celebrating, but unfortunately the slow service and feeling that our reservation was forgotten soured it.

Our food was excellent and we enjoyed our brunch. The bottomless mimosas were just okay...the server was a little slow with coming around with refills and the sparkling wine was eh. We would have liked to have the musical trio for our entire time there. We had them for 30 minutes, then they went outside to other tables, then were on break. So, we hardly saw them at all. The live music was part of the reason we chose the restaurant.

Friendly staff and good food! The manager was very nice and came to check on us and offered a tour of the building!

Best brunch in New Orleans! Highly recommend shrimp and grits and the chicken and waffles. Endless refills plus to go cups and all the staff and performers are great.

3rd time going... up to that point.. awesome. 1st dinner. Service was SUPER slow. Oysters....top shelf. Ceasars salad...inedible. scallops.. good... little chewy. BBQ shrimp. Awesome. But the overall dinner experience was lack luster. Lunch time is the time to go.

The resturant was great! The food delicious but the service a little slow however, the manager made up for it with a tour and great desserts.

This was a fantastic experience eating here. We started with the Boussards oysters, followeded by the wedge salad. Then My husband Ordered the Red Fish and I ordered the Filet Mignon. When they came they were both cold, our waitress immediately took them back to the kitchen and in a very short time they brought out new entrees which were perfectly cooked and absolutely delicious and of course very hot. The Waitress also brought my husband and I a round of drinks on the house. We then ordered the bread pudding which was the best bread pudding I've ever had, and bread pudding is my thing. The Waitress comped my husbands fish and the bread pudding, this was going above and beyond because even though they had come out cold they were replaced so quickly. 10 out of 10!

Very nice jazz brunch here on a mother daughter trip. Service was excellent and our bottomless mimosas were truly never empty! This was a very nice, relaxing, elevated brunch location.

Wonderful anniversary Jazz Brunch. Service and food was excellent. Noise was high because we had the jazz band next to our table but it was good noise. Will be going back again
