Food was okay but not good. Scallops were not edible because they were too salty. Not a fine dining experience definitely will not be back. I’ve had gas station food that was better at a fraction of the cost.
Broussard’s is such a timeless New Orleans gem! The courtyard is absolutely magical for weddings, and the team there is always incredibly professional and welcoming. We love performing in this elegant and historic setting — the energy is always joyful and romantic. It’s the perfect spot for an unforgettable celebration!
We were surprised to get a last minute reservation on Christmas Eve. When we arrived, we sat at the bar until our table was ready. The drinks were perfectly prepared. Our server (Lionel) was very helpful, had great suggestions, was attentive, and very helpful without being overbearing. When they didn’t have the wine we wanted in stock they offered to comp an alternative that turned out to be an equally great wine for or meal. Of course, we insisted on paying for the wine. The food was great, but the service was outstanding! I would definitely recommend this restaurant to anyone visiting New Orleans.
Had the pleasure of eating here while on a Bachlorette trip. The food was delicious and the wait staff was so friendly and accommodating when it came to taking time to recommend food as well as take our group photo. The atmosphere was beautiful and gave an elegant feel for a reasonable price. I would highly recommend.
Dietary restrictions: We had someone with a gluten allergy and they went through a long and detailed list of items on the menu that they could make for her. Very accommodating.

We went there for the happy hours (guilty as charged).
Cocktails and house wine selection was nice.
We have also tried a few small plates. Crab cake was exceptional. Gumbo was all right. And if you go with the turtle soup make sure you ask for additional sherry on top.
Overall it was really nice experience, however not quite NOLA style. The place is rather a fine dining French restaurant than a classic NOLA experience.

Waited 20 plus minutes for drinks, after 45 minutes for the appetizer we left. We were 1 of maybe 6 tables. Don't waste your time
The live jazz music and the service was unbelievable, the dishes were good recipes with bad execution...

Antoinette waited on us at the bar and I cannot say enough amazing things about her. She had a ton of knowledge about how to spend our time in New Orleans. She was so attentive and helpful. The food was amazing and there was no way to finish it all. Definitely recommend not only Broussard's but sit at the bar with Antoinette. You will not be disapponted.

There's not much to say; that has not already been said about this institution of old New Orleans. Broussard's was and is one of the top dining experiences. You won't be sorry.
It was our first time in New Orleans and my daughters bachelorette party. One of her requests was a jazz brunch and after careful research I picked Broussards and they did not disappoint. Monique and Lionel were our hosts and they were both gracious and accommodating in every aspect. The live jazz music was perfect. The food was delicious and did not disappoint . Everyone in our party was able to enjoy something they wanted to try while in New Orleans. Thank you to Broussards and the staff for making our first visit to New Orleans a memorable one! We will be back.
Overpriced and not too good. Thr food lacks seasonings.
I was here 22 years ago and had such fine memories. Went back and was greated very nicely. Placed a drink order and were served drinks which were the wrong drinks. We found this out by reordering and were served completely different ones. No water refills and servers were hard to locate by the end of the meal. A huge disappointment from my last experience.

The service was amazing.
The food was amazing.
I ordered redfish over potatoes and the crispy oysters. Everything was so good. By far. The best redfish I’ve ever had. The waitress split the checks for 9 ppl which I wasn’t expecting but, truly grateful for and unlike so many other places, a 20% service fee was NOT automatically applied to our bill which was also surprising. My only complaint would be the temperature of the restaurant. It was freezing to the point where I couldn’t enjoy my space and nor could the other ladies in my party but we asked the waitress if she could adjust it and she did immediately. Everything was great afterwards. I will certainly be back. Every single plate was clean.
