Tried Bubbys today. Not sure if it's low quality syrup, or they were running low on that particular flavor and added water to it. I ordered blackberry w/ condensed milk. There was hardly any color or flavor, just light pink sugar water. I'd rather them just tell me they're out of that flavor so I can order something else, than serve me something like that.

SNOWBALLS ARE ROCK HARD, i let it all melt before I could even attempt to eat it. NO JUICE.. customer service was a 1/10, heavy set lady came to the window “ what you getting? “… after giving back the change, my bf told her keep it she didn’t say thanks or anything, just put it in the bucket.. RUDE!!when she gave him the snowball it was with no napkins, & the straws are coffee straws so barely can suck anything out of it.. There’s hardly any juice in the snowballs.. She also gave him the nachos, NO NAPKINS.. with like 10 chips??? how are these people even in business lol? it must be a joke…..
