Buffalo Wild Wings

The only thing that made my service worthwhile was Emery. I literally watched him navigate taking all the tables on both sides of the restaurant by himself.. and still managed to check on me and keep me up to date on WHY my food took over 40 mins to come. This man is hardworking and not only deserves a raise, but needs to be the manager so that he can duplicate his process. BWW please don’t drive this good talent away. I will only be returning to this location for his SUPERIOR service!! Because the food, ridiculous wait time, and the fact that he was the only person working that entire place by himself is SERIOUSLY unprofessional, disrespectful and distasteful! If it wasn’t for him, I would rate this place ZERO stars!

I love Buffalo wild wings.. I really don't know what was going on with the cooks that night but our food was horrible. The wait staff was unprofessional. Me and my husband waited over 5 minutes and never was asked to be seated. We asked could we get a table. It was Valentine's Day and we were hungry. Nope they we're not busy. See enclose picture. The only item they offered to remake and did was the onion rings

The staffs are good, friendly but not enough staffs. A lot of customers were waiting. Food was just about to be ok to eat.

My boyfriend and I are staying in NOLA from out of state, and are avid Buffalo Wild Wings customers, after all of the wonderful food we have eaten over the past few weeks, we wanted a little familiarity.. I can honestly say this is the worst Buffalo Wild Wings franchise we have ever been to.

As soon as we walked in, the restaurant had a vomit like smell to it (possibly dirty floors/being cleaned with old water).. We walked into a completely empty restaurant, with only 3 others at the bar (not one table was filled) we sat at the bar. We waited almost 10 minutes to be greeted, as there was no bartender in sight, and all of the servers were sitting by the host area. Unfortunately we ubered to the restaurant as we have no car, or else we would have left.

We waited about 30 minutes for two orders of wings and a side of fries.. while waiting and observing- everything at and behind the bar looked sticky, dirty and that along with the smell of the building honestly made both of us lose our appetite.

The staff here seemed careless and impersonable, severely lacking proper customer service. The bartender, many times disappearing for long periods of time. Management, I urge you to address this as this is the most unwelcoming, un-franchise like atmosphere. I hope no one else feels as uncomfortable as we did.

Visited as we often do when travelling from the UK as a group of 6, worse BWW experience we have ever had. We love BWW normally but this was a huge let down.

- some food turned up 20 minutes after the others
- fries were cold
- staff had no knowledge of the beers on tap, told us some were not there when they were
- Bud Light tasted off, maybe cleaning fluid in the line
- some food items never turned up
- wings were not labeled on the trays
- staff attitude was “it’s all fine”, very little care about our problems

Ate the food and left, would normally have stayed and ordered more drinks, but could not get out quick enough.

On Tuesday night we entered the resteraunt at about 545pm and all seemed normal. It began to get confusing as minutes passed by with no service. Eventually the host came to answer the phone, after he hung up and began whining to his coworker about the annoying customer on the line. Afterwords he finally begrudgingly acknowledged us. He went to seat us at a small table but since the restaurant was quite empty we asked for a booth. This seemed to cause considerable trauma which we sincerely apologize for! For the next 30 minutes we sat there with no service. Occasionally one of the 5 servers on duty for 6 tables would glance our way and then quickly turn their heads when we looked at them. It felt both passive aggressive and disrespectful. I've always enjoyed buffalo wild wings but this second time I've been to this location with an oddly similar result. I'd like to think there was no manager on duty tonight but if there was I'm hoping it was one with a developmental disability. If that's the case disregard the review and let them know I'm very proud of them for trying. If not though, it was disgusting, disrespectful and unprofessional.

Came in for dinner tonight. The restaurant had maybe 5-7 tables with people dining in. Our server was Andre and it was the worst service I have had in a long time. Waited 30mins for our food. Asked for blue cheese and it took him 20mins to come and say they didn’t have any. While waiting for him to come back with we asked another server and she went to the back for the blue cheese and came back. Andre was not one bit concerned with any of the tables he had.
