Put an order in online at 711 pm said it would be ready at 730 pm.i waited over 40 minutes while doordash and uber eats order got priority. absolutely ridiculous this is why I don't tip until food in hand .horrible service while laughing and carrying on in the kitchen

My first experience tonight via door dash fries was cold no condiments burger was cold and sloppy at the bottom not a good look at all for a first time customer i want my money back because I will definitely trash this order very disappointing 😒

So, on Monday I ordered online when I arrived the place was entire empty no a customer no a host, none server. I wait around 7 min until a person came outside I told her about my order. When they gave it to me we notice a side of fries was missing. I had to come back and when we got home, A side of veggies were missing and we were charged for. This time we didn’t want to return for the veggies since we were home already. I understand we all make mistakes i was in the industry. I made mistakes when i was busy. But my order was the only one in the entire restaurant and they didnt have a single customer in the place. No wonder why people dont go anymore to this restaurant. I will suggest Wings Stop. At least they review the order and give you more. Here the side of fries is ver small.

My family and I order from here at least twice a week. The service usually is “so so” but my wife likes the place. This particular day, my son places an order. The order was delivered wrong (cheeseburger with no bun), so I went to replace it. They were not helpful nor apologetic about the mix up. They simple offered me just the bun. Based off of this transaction and the unfriendliness of the staff, Buffalo Wild Wings has lost a good customer.

I’m pretty patient at restaurants cause I know how busy they can get but it’s almost always slow here and today was the worst. We ordered our food and waited more than an hour and half, closer to 2 hr, for our food that never came. And we weren’t the only ones to leave either. Please do better B dubs.

Needed a place to watch an afternoon UFC card (only place I could find showing it). Plenty of other games playing on TV too. Decent burger and fries. Service can be a bit slow, even when the place is half-empty. Made a couple of mistakes on my order, but they were corrected.

I walked in and waited 10 mins to get my order taken because, they wanted to clean the rather take my order. Ordered 4 different flavors and only had the 3. Told that the special was only 3 sauces and even if it was in was missing 5 wings. So I had to ride back to get the missing wings. Don't know what's going on over there but needs some improving.

They got most of my order wrong. Drove all the way back and I've been standing here waiting on my order for 30 minutes. Every few minutes they come out and ask me what flavor? How many? What are you missing?
Never coming back.

Love the new manager Ms T and love the revamped look. I stop coming here due to poor everything but I’m glad to see it’s under new management. I’ll most definitely will be back. Keep up the positive change in the restaurant.

Went with friends it was not the time visiting this restaurant group beer and food were good great wings down side most of the staff spending most of their time on their mobile phone girl walked around talk as she was wearing ear buds which lead to a problem with the bill

Absolutely disgusting, was told order ready in 20mins, waited additional 15 ontop of the app saying it was ready. Order, completely wrong, and just my wife tasting the fries, horrible and disgusting. Gave us nothing but flats, all the sauces were not there. It's not my job as a customer who pays almost 50 bucks to double check behind the employees who have working. While waiting to get a refund, 9+ people waited just to be greeted, the person in front of me, his order was completely wrong and apparently has been waiting 30+ mins. This is absurd. The resturant had people in yes, game day, but not packed. I missed 2 a d half quarters of my teams game today and time with my family just for this. Do better. Never again, and will tell everyone.

First and last time ever eating here, i ordered a Mushroom sweet burger with fries.Burger was unseasoned three mushrooms on it, fries was cold in the portions was very small , maybe ten fryes if that. The cooks came out sitting in the dining area on the phones when I went back into the building to let them know about the food they did not care.
