I've visited alot of Buffalo wild wings stretching from west Virginia all the way to California and I make it a point to atleast eat once at a bdubs I bring my family and love the atmosphere usually....this Buffalo wild wings was slow which should have been a sign around 7 in the afternoon on a friday.....my experience was I had waited ½ hour before I even had a chance to order are drinks in which we already knew what we wanted naturally being fans....after we had ordered we were asked 4 times what we had orderd and only took another hour for food now naturally id say on a busy night it would be explainable but it was dead....now I could excuse this but what put the icing on top of it all they brought my families food and i had to wait as my family ate in front me for another ½ hour totally my time at 2 hours before getting to even eat.....before I rant and rave to much I'd have to honestly give this Buffalo wild wings a 1 out of 10 and honestly I feel like that's credit

I like the food… that’s the only good part. Hopefully you’re not thirsty or hungry because the waiter/waitresses will get one refill is you’re lucky. That’s also assuming you got that far. I just got up and left after I got seated and no one came to the table for 40 minutes. It’s a pitiful dining experience and everyone should avoid it!!!!

Few months ago I stopped in to eat at the bar and the food took SO long to come out I canceled and left. Keep in mind the restaurant/bar was not even a third fill. TODAY I stopped in to give them one more chance. Walked in. No greeter.no problem. I went to the bar. Keep in mind it was 2:15 in the afternoon. ONE table had guests. Waited four minutes and thirty seconds. I even went to the restroom and returned to the bar. I timed them. Still no, “I'll Be Right With You.” Last time. Never going back. And I have been many times before and I do tip at LEAST 20%.
Our poor waitress told us she is not a waitress and that she usually works at the bar. I felt bad for her. Our drinks did come a little late but I understand what she was going through. Other than that, the street tacos I ordered were great.

Every time I order from this location the food is subpar. Most recently, I received overcooked wedges that were essentially inedible and 1 very small container of ranch for 10 wings… when I requested more. I tried to give this chain the benefit of the doubt and each time I’m thoroughly disappointed. I give up and will gladly take my business elsewhere.

Only time you'll get reasonably quick service is if you go to the bar. Other than that no telling how long you'll be seated before anyone even looks your way. Last time I went, I walked out after seeing staff walk past me clowning with each other. Overall, inattentive, unconcerned, just going through the motions to stay employed. Only way I'll ever patronize this location again is if it's takeout.
