I was served cold food. The employee in the photo said that if I wanted fresh food I would have to contact the store and request that the food is made fresh before they start making the order. I asked her to remake the order because I wanted fresh hot food and she took the chicken and refried it and served it back to me and claimed that it was fresh. I’m very unsatisfied and they need better training at this location.

I'm in a wheelchair. Can't go into the restaurant. Haven't had a Whopper meal in a long time. My order was messed up. I ask ed for it to be hot off the broiler It was ice cold and so were the fries. I asked for no ice in the drink I got a drink full of ice. And I just got out of the hospital I'm so disappointed. 😢😢

Fast food isn't fast anymore. This location always so slow when there is no one in the lobby or the drive thru. It's so sad it's like the workers are in there doing nothing

The manager and workers all have attitudes there. No one wants to work! A lot of them can't read; and they are sneaky! I ordered 4 double cheeseburgers with 4 fries. They gave me the 4 double cheeseburgers and 1 fry. 😡🤦 Never done/get takeout here!
