Popped in here to grab food between parades... I actually have the burger king app and my "go to" is the original chicken sandwich... To my surprise it fell flat. It was hot and it was served fast but it packed any kinda flavor... I noticed this at Popeyes too. Not sure why both fast food joints lacked the flavor profile in their foods that I'm used to tasting. Their sida machine also was off. I got a Dr pepper but it was mostly seltzer without the syrup flavor.

I forgot her name but the assistant manager on lunch shift is ABSOLUTELY amazing and on point with everything. I’ve been here several times this week. Not o e time has my order been messed up and food always taste hot and fresh compared to other stores. I refuse to go to any other store but here

I wish I can give a 0 star, the staff is extremely rude. Was trying to do a drive through. The staff seems got angry we didn't choose dinning in, why? I spend maybe less than 1 minute trying to decide what to eat. The staff lost her patient and start yelling at us. We are literally the only customer there. She is not willing to let us read and decide for 1 minute. Worst BK ever. I wish you go store closure very soon!

Corporate should pull this franchisee's license. 20 minute wait so far for two patties. No ketchup supposedly. The manager and another lady don't appear to be doing anything while they have the slowest person ever on grill and fry and a single lady running the entire FOH as well as packaging fries. It's 4:08 on a friday, not exactly during a rush.

I went in to grab something quick before calling uber for ride home. When I walked in it seemed sort of busy but the employees where handling All Walk-ins and drive thru customers with ease. While taking my order, until the time I Ieft, everyone working was extremely courteous. Above all food came out super quick and was nice and hot!!! 11/21 Night shift knows what they are doing!
We arrived around 6:30pm and my girl ordered a Whooper with no tomatoes and ordered a Texas whooper with cheese and I asked the young lady about bacon and responded, it comes with bacon and I said Thank you. My girl went to the table. I received the order and went to the table. I tore open the bag and my girl looked to her left and I looked and noticed a large Cock roach crawling on the table and crawled onto the wall. So I decided to take a photo of the roach crawling on the next table we moved to. Then it crawled down the wall. I then proceed to counter to talk the lady show a picture of roach and her response was sir, she just needs to wipe the table. I said ma'am what if it was food and she became very disrespectful and began to yell at me. I said ma'am I'm not yelling, but what if it was your food!!! She began to yelling and curse at me. My girl ask to speak to the manager and she said, I AM THE MANAGER!!!! And girl asked who's in charge of you? For the manager to act the way she acted towards a paying customer is very disrespectful, what if I was a undercover boss, she would be fired on the spot!!! There were customers in the store when the incident took place!!

Does Burger King on St Charles it's a hit or miss for me with the food in the morning breakfast is good lunch hour is good in the afternoon against due to the area having a lot of options in a lot of people eat out the rotation of the food is not that often you will find in the late nights the food may not be as hot
