Worst restaurant ever, it took us forever to order, burger patty was cold, there is no ice we ask for it but they said they don’t have, no cover for the soft drinks cup, and worst of all the staff are fighting!!!

Only two workers & a manager working!!! I didn't get acknowledged for 10 mins,manager turned looked at me & the other guest waiting. Manager & drive thru worker are going back & forth about the incoming orders, seemed to never get on track. Manager finally came & took my order !!! Poor customer service on her part as a manager.

The manger was rude, she has dreads with braces, she refused to let me use the bathroom until I bought something I told the cashier I wanted to buy something after I come out the bathroom so I can watch my food but the manger refused to unlock the door , the manager tone was very rude I told her she need to learn how to speak to customers aswell as her coworkers. Worst Burger King I’ve ever been to in Life.Need more structure and Better management skills That place is very Abrupt !

they’re closing early. even the schedule on the window says they close at 2am but at 1:40 i come through and there’s no one to be seen in the entire restaurant. no one would take my order. i couldn’t see a single employee when i drive around. the district manager needs to know one of their stores is lazy and incompetent.

Ordered bacon double cheeseburger. Haven't went to bk in years. Bread was SO dry you can use it as a liquid removal... >.>; Even 1 of the staff admitted when they asked the fixer to 'add a little more' ketchup to moisture it. DIDN'T WORK OFCOURSE!
