Tried to use the restroom (working in this area) only to find you have to provide a token to even open the door. So I went to counter to make a purchase and see about the token. Lady says the bathrooms are broken. Both mens and womens bathroom are broke. What?? Seriously? People suck!

Waited 10 minutes before anyone even acknowledged the speaker, after placing my order and charging me for extra toppings on my two orders not only did I not receive those toppings I didn't get the right orders I was the only one in the Drive-Thru for 30 minutes and they made me pull back so I wouldn't be next to the drive-thru window this is the third and last time I'm going to try eating here

I am a city worker. I entered the store and had to use the bathroom before I made an order. I asked an employee, who was seated by a side door near the restroom, for the key because the door was locked. He politely asked me to go to the front counter. As I walked away, I guess I was disturbing him and another employee using their phone. As I walked to the front counter, there was no one for me to request the key to the restroom. I left the store and will not return.
