Terrible service and unappetizing food. The taste of the eggs is off and definitely not fresh. The oil for beignet’s hasn’t been changed and were inedible. Don’t waste your time.

Me and my friends had a awesome experience here, Mrs Ruby was the best on recommend and making our experience excellent in New Orleans. Ms. Vee was also amazing. Everything came out in a timely manner, the beignets were delicious and the alligator sausage was amazing. Thank you

I honestly don't know how this place has such high reviews. Maybe my family and I just got really unlucky. The girl at the cash register was possibly the most unpleasant person I've ever met in food service and I'm still ticked that I accidentally tipped them 20%. She even dropped my partner's drink on the floor, which made a huge mess, and didn't apologize or anything. She just stood there with a very irritable expression. The food was really lackluster too. The portions were small and my waffle was soggy. I'd recommend just passing it up. Don't be fooled by the pretty interior.

Didn't get any food when we stopped in, we just needed some morning coffee. The coffee was good, the employees were friendly, and the atmosphere seemed pretty nice. I would stop by again if I'm in the area.

Went in for breakfast since it looked so appealing, atmosphere is great with live music and beautiful appearance. We were expecting a server but the way this place operates is that you go up to the register and order. The pretty girls taking the orders were not pleasant at all. The coffee was not good. The beignets were ok I guess, not the best. The southern breakfast was pretty good, the breakfast sandwich not so good. I wouldn’t spend my money here again.
