No words are really needed here. This is a must stop if you are visiting NOLA. Their beignets are the gold standard. But nothing can touch the atmosphere. Whether it's the sound of nearby street performers by day or the serenity of the quarter at 3 a.m. there's just something magical about the Cafe.
Good coffee, nice atmosphere - crazy queues. Sometimes the TA queue is even bigger than the sit down line. We got in at around lunch time, the queue was quite shot only 15 minutes wait. Nothing vegan on the menu - that's why only 4 stars. Cash only - which is weird. You can get the same quality products in the City Park branch without waiting.

Delicious Beignets best served nicely made warm with the powdered sugar. My wife was more appreciative of them. Service was actually quick and the prices were fine. Personally these are very good, but excellent ones can be gotten around town which is why I down rated it some. Had hot chocolate with ours late in the evening.
