Whenever I come to town, I go to town at Cafe New Orleans! It's a hidden gem inside the New Orleans Baptist Theological Seminary Student Center. Their prices are better than any BarStucks or other coffee shop! They don't have too much food, but they do have a small but tasty selection of pastries and bagels. My wife says the blueberry bagel with honey walnut cream cheese is totally awesome and can run with the bagel shops in Boston. There's seating inside and plenty of space in the Luter Student Center itself. Top recommendation!

Went all through the campus and STILL couldn’t find it

Being located on a college campus, I am surprised at the quality of this coffee. The staff all do a thorough job making the various drinks quickly and they do so with a high attention to quality. This coffee shop is not some poorly ran kiosk or gimmick but a very decent cafe that is not likely to disappoint.

Excellent
I ordered the Spicy Shrimp Nolachie with a cold coke I sit down to eat and noticed my drink was warm. I go to the counter and ask for a cup of ice and was told I had to pay .55 for a cup of ice. I politely asked the cashier why am I being charged.55 for ice when your serving warm drinks the cashier said it’s for the cost of the cup I replied if you had sold me a cold drink I wouldn’t need a cup of ice. Good customer service would have been to acknowledge that either your refrigerator was not working properly or Ponchatille is purposely selling warm drinks to force there customers to purchase a cup of ice. I will not patronize Ponchatille again.Poor customer service or hustling customers you decide.
