I used to eat here for years. Never the best seafood but good enough. One day I place a phone order for a shrimp po boy loaf.. I waited like 10 mins when I finally went to the register to check on the order the guy told me he didn't have the order and I had to pay first .. Note; I have placed several phone orders.then he said they don't take phone orders. When I asked why that wasn’t said over the phone he tells me that he took my sandwich apart and put it back in the container( like he wiped off my lettuce and shrimp to resale them) that was it for me

À la car bag seafood. I have been shopping at this place for decades. If you want A fried turkey leg. If you want boiled crawfish. If you won’t boil shrimp. If you want to get a boiled pig foot, boiled garlic, boil, turkey necks, pretty much anything that you would like boiled that’s right it for that. Very convenient access near highway. Parking lot is small. The restaurant does fill up really fast. I’ve seen many people buy Chinese food from there like fried rice.

I went there recently to get beef yakemein (2 orders) $20 btw. I was told I had to wait 15 min because it was made to order. No problem, I get home (Metairie) only to find that it was deli roast beef not beef strips and beef broth thrown together with no flavor at all. Not worth it. $20 gone down the drain.

Great place we stopped on our way out of New Orleans and the food is divine. The added spice to everything just perfectly. We got the 10pc wings and Cajun fries, turkey necks, sausage potatoes, crab gumbo, fried rice, boiled eggs, teriyaki chicken, and crawfish. Loved everything and it was also cooked fresh to order so the wait is definitely well worth it. Can't wait to stop by again while in New Orleans!!
