Bill and I worked together almost 30 years ago and he was the most talented chef I have ever known. Bill made our wedding cake and it was not only GORGEOUS but the best tasting wedding cake that I have ever had. The intervening years have only made him that much better. if you have a chance to have him take care of functions for you, book him!

Bill made my wedding cake and grooms cake years ago they were the most beautiful things I’ve ever seen and delicious as well. He worked with us to get the cake of our dreams. I have also been lucky enough to be in the kitchen when he is creating one of his confections and was able to try a nibble here and there. Everything he does is beyond delicious. I dream of his hummingbird cake. Best thing I’ve ever tasted.
