We had our wedding ceremony and reception here in September and had such an amazing experience. 20/10, 10 stars! The entire Capulet team made this whole process so easy and not intimidating at all. Steve and his team are all stars- special thanks to Steve, Teal, Lauren, and Stefanie. They walk you through everything every step of the way and the platform they use makes it easy for everyone to reference your venue plan. They immediately sent me all information from the initial inquiry including pricing so I didn’t have to schedule a call or meeting. Wedding planning is already stressful and having that open communication from the get-go was so refreshing! So reasonably priced compared to anywhere else in the city and the venue space itself is absolutely gorgeous. They were so patient with all of my stress related wedding questions and were so on top of all communication. We catered through Capulet and Chef Matt knocked it out of the park! They work with your budget and preferences and treated us like royalty during our tasting. (And they have a great food/drink menu during the week when they aren’t doing events!) Everyone raved about the space, food/drinks, and staff! We had a lot of guests driving in from out of town and it was great to be able to rent the parking lot across the street, especially when your guests are not used to street parking. Do yourself a favor and rent the disco ball because it added that extra fun ambience! We did a lot of DIY decorations and they worked with us to make sure we had enough time/help/space to set up while they were getting the space ready.
The only barrier we had was that the rooftop is only accessible by stairs. We were worried about some of our mobility impaired guests making it up there for the ceremony. They worked with us to adapt our ceremony plan for the dining room so that it was accessible for everyone and we are so truly grateful for the entire experience. Any small issues that popped up were immediately taken care of and we have no negative things to say. It was such an incredible night that we wish we could do it all again! Thank you Steve and the entire Capulet team!!!

The whole team was extremely helpful and delightful to work with. We catered through Capulet and I could not recommend Chef Matt's cooking enough! Everyone was raving about the food and the drinks and of course the gorgeous rooftop view and venue for the reception. Stefanie helped with the planning process the entire way on top of scheduling our tasting. She made our decision process a breeze and I can't thank her, Steve, and the whole Capulet team enough for making this day everything we could have dreamed of and more!

We hosted our annual Mardi Gras ball at Capulet on 1/18/25. The experience was so amazing! Steve did a great job communicating and going over all the details beforehand. He accommodated all of our last minute changes that inevitably pop up in planning events and was so patient and kind. Our members had the best time and we hope to have another event in the space in the future. If you are in need of a fun eclectic event space with a helpful staff, stop your search now and book Capulet!
Parking: The venue itself didn’t offer parking but Steve works with the church across the street to rent their lot when possible. This worked great for our event and we were able to secure this. If you are just stopping by for a drink, I never had any issues parking right out front on the street.

Outstanding GLUTEN-FREE fried chicken and salt and vinegar string fries. We sat ourselves in the semi-enclosed private room on the second floor, which was comfortable, allowed us to hear the live music and talk comfortably with one another. The cocktails were delightful and interesting!

Awesome place that was walking distance from our airbnb in Bywater. Great, cheap happy hour, high quality food for my veg/ carnivore family (chicken sandwiches aren’t attached). It’s order on the app, then they bring it out, so it’s a great, laid back setup for an easy night.

My dissappointment is that the place looks so classy. But the bartenders need to control rowdy people who come in and make a lot of noise. I walked up to the musician at one of the breaks and told him I was sorry he had to play with a lot of yelling and cursing in the bar, while he played folk guitar. He understood.
