I visited during the mid day Sunday shift and observed that I read her name tag Heaven was the only team member working on the floor. She remained friendly, professional, and attentive despite managing the workload alone. However, it was apparent that the volume of guests and operational demands would typically require additional staff to ensure a seamless and efficient experience. From a customer perspective, the lack of support was noticeable and indicates an opportunity for improved organization and staffing during peak hours.

Went Cava on Freret street.. there was a problem with my bowl and the staff went out of their way to fix it even though I wasn't complaining. I was just gonna go elsewhere. Heaven offered me a free bowl and went above and beyond to fix the issue.

Most poorly managed slow lest cava I’ve been to, had a trainee trying his best with 2 unmotivated looking staff. No one could locate the recipe card for Greek salad so they had to ask me to read the menu to them so they could make it.
